Green Tavern — Restaurant in Pontiac

Today was my first day visiting green tavern in months and I was completely unsatisfied. We ordered 2 long islands and the waitress was fast and efficient at first. However, we ordered food which she was waiting on another employee to clock in and do the order. Once the other employee clocked in the waitress told her that we ordered food and should start it asap. The worker that clocked in came to us and told us she didn't have what we had ordered which was a burger. Like what? So as I'm speaking with her, she walks off and start taking drink orders from other customers. What kind of customer service is that???? I had a hard day and just wanted some good food and drinks. We expressed our concerns and she didn't seem to care. So we paid the bill and left w/o even eating. I used to go to this place on a weekly basis but I don't think ill be returning at all. That sucks! Good customer service is hard to come by...

I was singing a song and I already knew the words. So the show gave me the microphone to sing the song and I started singing. My parents and my family was sitting at a table right next to the dance floor and they was cheering me on as I was singing. But then the dj takes the microphone from me cause I guess I wasn’t singing loud enough. And then when the song was over he said “give it up for the young lady, she tried her best. Uh excuse me first of all his white Caucasian tail don’t know nothing about al green love and happiness (which was the song I was singing) so there was no reason why he should have took the microphone. He was wrong for that and I don’t appreciate. If I ever come back for karaoke night I would like a different dj or his manager needs to not let...

I honestly would have made this a five star review if not for my last trip. I could not believe that when the woman behind the grill had just put on food for someone else she would not throw out a steak for me honestly it took me from being a very regular customer to probably very rarely eating there. I'm a good tipper 20% to 50% typically I left that b** a dollar. I'm pretty sure my girlfriend went back in and took the dollar to. I guess I'm still salty about it but like I said great food just sucks that I no longer feel like it's great service and don't want to go...
