Burger King — Restaurant in Pontiac

If I could not leave a star, I would. My cousins went to this store to pick up food and use some coupons we had. They had three coupons to use, but you can only use two in the drive thru. They wanted to go in the lobby so they can use all the coupons. The employees had closed the lobby, and it WASN'T closing time. My cousins went up and asked why the lobby was closed. The employee's answer "it's too busy and unruly in here. Go through the drive thru." Well, there was NOBODY in the parking lot. So the employees closed the door for no legitimate reason. They refused to help my family. So my cousin responds "okay, we will go somewhere's else". To which the employee responds "FINE. Go to McDonald's!" All while yelling it out the door while the manager on duty did NOTHING. Sounds like those employees were too lazy to help, can't do their job, and the manager can't control the employees enough to keep things civil. AND they even said to go to a competing company. Just seems to me maybe they should go work for McDonald's since they like to...

Stopped on the way to work, only to watch 3 in front of me quicky move. Great! Then I figured out why: nobody answering the drive thru. No lunch today smmfh

Update 1 year later: pull into the drive thru again. After the guy in front of me finished, I pulled forward: "welcome to burger king what can I getchu?" A: I'd like a... "Can I getchu to hold on a minute?" 🤯 Watching my clock: literally 5 minutes later. "Ok what can I getchu?" I place my order, pull forward and pay. "I'm gonna need you to pull behind this van". So ordering the most popular menu item, a #1 with cheese, with an extra sandwich (with cheese also). Another 5 minutes, the drive thru person comes out with an order: two cars behind me gets theirs. Again she comes out: car behind me gets hers. Now, 30 minutes into a drive thru order, I get "my" bag. Small fry, cold (ordered large), no cheese anywhere on either sandwich. Been in fast food for 36 years: this location needs more than just...

Today, Tuesday April 30 I ordered the $5 dollar duo. Two whopper jr's with cheese a medium onion rings and a medium cup of ice water. The medium onion rings is the size of a small pack not medium. And at $2.99 can I hear 'ripoff'. Anyway that Burger King food seems to have gotten worse. I felt sick 20 mins later. And it is the only thing I ate. The fast foods are basically poison foods. There is nothing healthy about it at all. I definitely do not recommend Burger King and especially this one on Walton Blvd in Pontiac... between Joslyn and Baldwin Rds. At this point I permanently ban Burger King. I don't know what kind of meat BK uses. But it seems to not be good. I'm sure other customers after eating the burgers and/or onion rings. Some have fallen ill or gotten a bit sick...
