Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Pontiac

This is the worst little ceasers around. They only are open when the workers decide they want to work. The last 2 times being here I pulled up to drive through to find on the 1st stop there a handwritten note stating door dash orders only. Than the 2nd time which was today I find a note stating sorry only door dash orders and mobile orders sorry for the inconvenience. So I decide to do a mobile order as I was sitting next to the window. I also had my dog with me and he was looking into the drive thru window. Well as I'm putting my order in through the app 2 workers open the windowudder just to talk to my dog and did not offer to help me or anything. Whatever I continued putting my order through on the app I submitted it with payment at 8:06pm and seen on the app that it would be ready by 8:29pm to 8:35pm. At 8:30pm I got back to the drive through window to pick up my order and there is no one in sight. I look at the app track my order anD it shows that it's still in the very first step that no one has even bothered to start it yet. Mind you as I'm honking at the window trying to get there attention I see someone peek out from the back and Realize that there was a car at the window and hurried up And hid so I didn't see them. So I called every number. I could find one answered and told me. There's nothing they could do about it. Besides, put me through to the store which nobody was answering. That phone customer service number They were closed corporate, they were closed. So I sat there honking. If I didn't already pay I would have left but I there was no way to cancel my order. There was no way to contact anybody. There was no way to get a refund. Finally at eight thirty 8 thirty seven A woman comes out and asks if she can help me. I told her I put in a mobile order and she asked What's your name? Then she finally started to cook it and had me go to the front and wait. Also I couldn't walk in to get anyone's attention because they had the doors locked. I waited an hour for a 6 dollar pizza and 2 orders of Italian bread sticks. They were not busy at all either. I was the only order. It looked like ghost town in there. They really need to get new management or just shut this one down. I have always defended Little Caesars especially this location as I've been going to this one since I was a kid believe it or not. Well, last night I learned that you absolutely can't order delivery from this place and get a food meal. I ordered my food maybe around 7:45pm and was quoted a delivery time using door dash delivery for 8:30pm. I live about 2 miles from location. I order a large deep dish with old world pepperoni, Italian sausage, ham, onion and mushroom(on half), and a order of the Italian cheese pizza puffs. Sounds simple right? Well after 25 minutes I get a text from a door dash driver stating: "Sorry people at that store absolutely horrible. They haven't even started your order yet. I'm going to cancel, but I'll wait a few minutes so the next Dasher doesn't have to sit there for 20 minutes and end up canceling on you as well". Okay moving forward to not 1, not 2, not 3, but 4 dashers later and one finally waited for my order(15 minutes). I finally get my order at 9:07pm. It was warmish. It was also incorrect despite the ticket being in the boxes saying exactly what it was supposed to be. My pizza has both types of pepperoni, Italian sausage, onions, NO mushrooms and ham on one side, and barely ANY sauce at all like AT ALL! The pizza cups had pepperoni even though I ordered cheese, and they were burnt, dry, and no sauce even with it! I wasted $35. Threw the pizza cups out. These can't be the same things everyone is raving on and on about because it was truly disgusting!!!! The pizza I had to add my own sauce jar to make it not dry and have some type of flavor. Extremely disappointed in this delivery order and I can honestly say I don't think I want to even try again! I took pics but didn't see where to add them. If I find out how, I surely will...

I called 5 minutes before the store opened. I was Thankful they took my order. It was a simple order of a "Hot & Ready" and bread sticks. When I arrived the time was 5 after the opening. The doors were still locked.The employees looked at me like I was lost. So I went through the drive thru. After 20 minutes they finally got my order together. As I pulled around the building people were coming in and out of the door. With their orders in hand. What the hell was that all about? Bad service? Bad management? I'm not sure. But the one thing I am sure of is something is wrong. Part 2. I believe in second chances. So I go here on Sunday at 1pm, the doors are locked. I go to the drive thru after about 5minutes I call into the store, someone answers and says "they are not open and would not be opening for sometime. That's it. I will not be returning to this little caesar's. It's not worth the headache. The problem is the management and it has been that way at this place for sometime. They scrap the bottom of the barrel for employees and it shows in their service. Today is April 28th. A month after my first review and this place has only gotten worse.
