Changed my review due to the poor service my fiance and I have received the last 2 times we have visited this location. It's like the night crew purposely mutilates your order because they have to do their job. They ignore the drive thru and the line backs up so long people leave and the ones that wait patiently will get food that's unappealing and it looks like it was thrown in the bag from the back of the kitchen. My wife's food was burnt and didn't receive what she ordered and my order was half made, cold soggy and completely wrong. I'm not the complaining type but this was the second time and the same crew. They really need proper supervision at night. That will be my last time visiting this location. I would have uploaded pictures of the food and how sloppy and half thrown together, but I was so frustrated about it that we ate what we could and threw the rest away since we were hungry and was on the road driving...
Read moreNormally, I'll get my Taco Bells from the mall (my sister goes to the mall weekly, and that allows me to go with her and order all the mall food I want). I stopped by this location on December 10, around 1:30–1:40 p.m. I ordered 2 beef chalupas supreme and 4 Doritos Nacho Cheese local tacos supreme. I was the second customer in the drive-thu, with another customer behind me, and they got us our order quickly and got us out of there in no time. My order was beautifully made. I didn't go inside, so I couldn't tell you about the atmosphere, but I'll definitely come back to this location again.
Edited on 12/22 I came back for a second time on December 17th. It's still pretty decent. I added a Buritos Supreme to my usual order (⬆️ up in my 1st review). They forgot the tomatoes on all my Doritos Tacos this time, but it's not world ending for me. I'm just happy to eat...
Read moreHORRIBLE! If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. Ordered via mobile app, and attempted to go inside to pick up my order. An employee alerted me that the “inside was closed because they are having their holiday party”. Okay, no biggie. I proceed to go through the drive-thru, waited an additional 7-10 mins. Finally get the order. I check it while at the window, it is wrong. Inform the employee (who states he is the manager), he is acting incompetent and argumentative regarding my order being wrong. He then asks for the bag back to “ show his team”, and I give it back. At this point I just want a refund, and he informs me he can’t give the refund. Cool, I will just dispute the charge for the food I didn’t receive and never come back to this...
