One of the worst fast food experiences we have ever had anywhere & the worst/rudest manager I have EVER come in contact with. Ordered from the app. At this local BK app or no app you WILL be asked to pull foward & wait for your food whether anyone is behind you or not. There was already two vehicles pulled forward in front of us yet we were asked to pull forward which was impossible at this point. This makes it where the employees have no idea which food goes with which vehicle. So of course we are given the wrong food. We went inside & immediately the manager started shouting & berating us as if it is our fault. She screams at me that my chicken is another 6 minutes. Anyway according to the time I ordered in the app when we finally get our food almost 45 minutes had passed. On top of that we were shorted our fries with our meal but I wasn't about to go back. We were never told sorry by the manager. The employees were nice enough but there is no excuse for the manager. It's a shame because I prefer their food a lot of times but I can't get part the slow & poor service. I'll never go back to our local...

Don’t bother asking this place for “no bun” when you order a whopper meal because they take that to mean literally nothing but the meat patty (and cheese they charge extra for) and have the nerve to charge $10.59 for it, fries and a drink. (with a coupon).
What about lettuce? Tomato? Onion? Any of the OTHER ingredients that go on a whopper aside from the meat and bread? Where exactly did those go?
Further more, they wrapped the meat and cheese in paper so the cheese stuck to the paper. Their unsweet tea is over brewed. Taste old and bitter as hell. The lack of ice didn’t help. I threw it all away.
The level of incompetence is astonishing. Safe to say I won’t be eating here anymore...

Oh my goodness!! This food was excellent! Fresh and delicious once I took off the half a cup of mayo glob that was on there (so glad I didn’t order extra mayo). I quickly excused that because everything else was so good (I had the fried chicken on sourdough bread).
