This is Friday June 29 2018 I just witnessed a manager go crazy in the store. With a lobby full of customers unhappy because they waited well over an hour she argued saying it was a call systems fault. When I explained it was a store call, she verified it. I assume by her actions afterwards she wasn’t happy with employees. She went to the back and started screaming at them saying whoever is telling customers it will be a 25 min wait they will loose their — jobs. Stunned by her actions and a manger myself for nearly 20 years I confronted her actions. Many people left and I wouldn’t be surprised if she looses employees. It was the most embarrassing thing I have ever seen. I hope corporate sees this. The only person that acted a fool was her. I will never order her again. Read moreI don't know what's going on here half the time. They'll give your a burned pizza in a heartbeat. That's why I open it right in front of them at the checkout counter before leaving. They don't pay attention to curbside arrivals. I have to call and sometimes they don't answer the phone. Even though you're looking right at them standing around and talking and NOT answering the phone. So I have to get out of the car and go in for my "curbside." Pizza Hut needs to train cooks on how some pizzas may need to be pulled from the oven earlier than the timer telling them. Thinner crust cooks faster. And that's why they keep burning the crust. Crust can be black as night and they'll claim just how the pizza always is because the pull it when the timer goes off. Adjust if need be. Don't serve burned pizza. Cooking is an art not mechanical. Read moreCountless times I’ve ordered and either not received my order, was given the wrong order, several missing items, OR they call to tell me they are out of something but will substitute it with something of LESSER value. One time, I had to call and talk to the regional manager who in his petty attempt with some BS excuses and scripted robotic apology said he would follow back up with me in a few days. He never did. So I kept emailing corporate for two months (twice a week) and finally some one offered me some coupons. Coupons for a $47 order that I never received or was refunded. I got the coupons in the mail 8 weeks later. $10 off an order of $30 of more and a free breadstick with an order of $20 or more. Get real.
