Dunkin' — Restaurant in Pooler

We recently had an extremely unsatisfactory experience at this location. I would like to start with the fact that both Mine and my daughters coffee's were made incorrectly. I felt compelled to share my experience in the hope that it can help improve the quality of service and food at this particular branch. Firstly, the service I received was, without a doubt, the worst I've encountered in a long time. The staff appeared disinterested and disengaged. It took an unreasonably long time for me being the only car in the drive thru to even place my order, and there was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused by the delay. upon entering the location It was evident that the employees were not properly trained in customer service seeing that both employees working there at the time couldn’t work the register to issue me a refund. I left both cups of coffee on the counter and walked out. The coffee, which I usually enjoy at Dunkin' Donuts was a cup of ice with watered down milk and coffee with whipped cream on top that lacked the freshness, sweetness and ingredients I've come to expect. It was evident that attention to quality was sorely lacking. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. Tables were unclean, cups lids and straws on the floor and the overall appearance of the dining area was far from inviting. It gave the impression that the location was poorly managed and neglected. I understand that even reputable establishments can have off days, but this experience was well below the standard I've come to expect from Dunkin' Donuts. Given the franchise's reputation for fast service and quality products, my daughter and I were left extremely disappointed. I'm really starting to question the integrity of this company. I will no longer be stopping at this location due to this inconvenience. I'm a regular customer at your Ogeechee location in which is currently closed for remodel. I hope this feedback can prompt some improvements in the service and food quality at this particular Dunkin' Donuts branch. My first experience with this location was when I decided to get up early to get breakfast before work. At 7 am they told me they do not serve breakfast here. I proceeded to come back a couple weeks later to get a white powdered donut which was moist to the point where the power was no longer white. When I asked about it, they told me "that's just how their powdered donuts come." I went back last night to order hashbrowns which they told me they ran out of, along with grilled cheese, making it a guessing game as to what they really had left. I went today at lunch to get an unsweetened iced tea and an order of hashbrowns, along with a blueberry sweet tea for a friend. Halfway through the order, the lady taking my order left, leaving us confused. Another lady came to help and was confused as to why we had 2 orders which I proceeded to tell her we did not, and her coworker just left in the middle of me ordering. She took the rest of our order, informing us they were also out of blueberry and could only give my friend raspberry. After receiving our order, my hashbrowns were burnt, my friend did not have any raspberry in her sweet tea, and my unsweetened iced tea was a sweet tea. Visited for breakfast this morning and ordered omelette bites, avocado toast and an iced coffee, tried to order a bottle of coke as well but they were out. We were handed the iced coffee when we got to the window and instructed to pull around to wait for our hot food. I made the mistake of not checking the order before we left, once I did however I noticed that the avocado toast was just a piece of bread (not even toasted) in a bag with a tub of their avocado spread tossed in the bag. I could easily have done that at home for far cheaper! The service at this location has gone way down hill, I used to frequent here daily but I find myself going less and less, and I find myself more and more dissatisfied with my experiences. We used to order sweet tea but for the last few months we’ve noted the sweet tea usually tastes old or moldy like the line hasn’t been cleaned, so we’ve stopped ordering that, now apparently it’s time to stop ordering avocado toast as well.
