Pooler Seafood — Restaurant in Pooler

Other than fresh seafood,, they also offer cooked plates/meals. I Ordered 3 Low Country boils and a chicken finger and fries, to go. The seafood seasoning is spicy,(they ask do you want season and garlic butter) and the shrimp was mush. (Like so soft you couldn't get one peeled without it tearing up, I couldn't get a single whole shrimp out of all the ones I got) Even the sausage had a little bite to it. It wasn't as spicy last time I ordered it, nor were the shrimp so soft .I don't know if I'll order LCB from there again or not. As far as chicken fingers they are not fresh tenders, they are pressed breaded patties in rectangular shapes. Not complaining there but it just wasn't what I was expecting. Also there were no dipping sauces even though I requested ketchup, cocktail and honey mustard. Counter service was fast and friendly and yes, I will be back, but will be trying...

BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!! I was once a loyal customer. Strictly because of the CONVENIENCE!!! but 3 Strikes and it's over now. I feel like the people that give this place praise are just passing through and don't know any better. I'm local and can tell you to just take the extra time to drive into Savannah !! Multiple times I've been given rotten food or wrong order. I shopped there so much they knew what I was going to order when I walked in. But when they make these mistakes, there's no apology or compassion for your troubles. It's just like oh well. 4 years I've given them my money but...

Julie at Pooler Seafood is bomb! I went in at the last minute to order a large quantity of fried fish for my husband's birthday party... we got two 10 lb blocks of filleted Whiting cut in half and cooked for us at a really great rate.

They were a little behind on the time, however the food was delicious and there were no complaints at our party. The Crawfish was yummy. Though I'm not into crawfish, several of our guests mention that this was their first time trying it and it was delicious. Pooler Seafood really took care of us.
