Came to Pooler Memorial Park to rate the Piggly Wiggly Rotisserie chicken. It was the 79th grocery store rotisserie chicken I’ve eaten in front of a camera this year, and I’m tired boss.
I’m currently on bird 83, and once I hit the coveted 100 mark I’ll stop making this the main focus of my life.
Once I got to around 60, this became a bit of a chore rather than something I get to do. I fell out of love with it a bit. But now, as I am nearing the end of the journey with my beloved bird, I am cherishing every last one.
What a beautiful time in my life this has been. I’ll be the first to say it’s really dumb and not that serious as I’m just eating chicken, but it really does feel good to create something from scratch and give your life to it. It’s fulfilling to have something that is truly your own that came from your brain. I’d argue it’s what life is all about, along with unconditional love.
I sat here on this park bench with my phone on an $8 Amazon phone stand, appreciating every bite of this mid Piggly Wiggly chicken. THE ROAD TO 100 BABY!
