For get about it! Find yourself somewhere, anywhere else to grab a fried yard bird. The employee that I interacted with was inconsiderate and rude. I placed my order ate the drive thru speaker menu(it was simple I asked for a #1 with a sweet tea and that was it nothing else. Then I pulled my vehicle up to the window to pay and receive my order. She came to the window and told me that I had to go and get back in the rear of the line at their drive thru at lunch hour after I had already waited an unnecessary amount of time at the speaker to place my order. I why? She said because she did not tell me to pull forward and that I was messing up her time. I said excuse me but I’m not about to go and get back in the rear of the line. She told me that I had to and I told her that I would sit right there at her window and that she would have to call the police and have them remove me from my vehicle and then have it towed away because I wanted my food and I want it now. She left then came back and gave me the total amount due and I paid her cash and I received my change without dropping any of it on the pavement under the window praise God. Then she left me sitting there for what seamed like an eternity. Finally after about twenty minutes of being in a drive through at a chicke shack on a thirty minute lunch break she came back to the window and opened it and handed me my bag and my beverage I reached out of my window with both arms and grabbed the bag in my left hand and the drink cup in my right hand and when she in turn let go of them both I just sat there with both arms still out of my window holding my order. She said “what else do you want” and I simply smiled and opened both of my hands at the same time releasing both the bag and the cup and they both suddenly fell straight to the ground. She said “but you already paid for that and I just smiled and drove away leaving the lunch that I had just paid for on the ground outside of their drive through window. It was quite an experience. It was epic to say the least. I drove away looking in n rear view mirror and all that I can remember seeing was the whites of her eyes. The was the only thing about her that had any white color at all. Everything else about her was most definitely not even close to being...
Read moreYet again, I am just a delivery driver for DoorDash that has been personally victimized by the angry and rude staff Popeyes in Pooler, GA. i’m sure the chicken was fantastic as it always is. As they say, Love that chicken at Popeyes!
Onto the horrible customer service experience I receive every time I walk through the door.
Yet another lackluster and even rude experience at th Popeyes in Pooler Georgia. I hate to be so blunt however I chose to work today and do what I do for a living because it’s what I can do right now to earn a living for myself. The workers at Popeyes in Pooler on Highway 80 got out of bed this morning and donned their Popeyes uniforms with the intent of going to work at a Popeyes fried chicken restaurant. It bewilders me when those same employees that put on the uniform to go to a Popeyes to work today and are supremely irritated and mad when asked to perform job duties relayed to doing so. After waiting the standard 10 minutes to be acknoweged by someone, I asked the girl who helped me if she would give me a small box and a paper bag so that I could put the drinks in it and so they wouldn’t spill in my car. After asking three times and getting a nice firm eye roll, she handed me a plastic bag. After asking three more times she handed me a little biscuit box. I asked two more times for a paper bag A gentleman who walked up on the scene shouted "I said it was quiet., You know I said so!" Which I took is my cue to get the hell out and leave because I wasn’t gonna get a paper bag from this woman who put on a uniform to go to work at a Popeyes today. I can see if I had walked into a jewelry store and asked for such prepostory as a paper bag for drinks, just maybe the employee there may look at me funny but I doubt she would be as rude as the woman who worked at a Popeyes that willingly went into Popeyes to work today in a Popeyes suit even, was today at Popeyes. I ask this question of whomever owns this company or whoever has interest in this company, is this how you want your company portrayed to the public, to the consumer that spends their hard earned money to buy food from your establishment? If so, we didn’t go to the same business school and we don’t have the same opinion on how to...
Read morePopeyes in general has terrible customer service, I think that’s some thing we have all come to agree upon as a collective. However, this has got to be the WORST location I’ve ever gone to in my life. I never leave reviews, but this place has been absolute trash since the day it opened. The food is hit or miss. When it’s good it’s good, when it’s bad it’s terrible. The service on the other hand hardly even reaches subpar. It’s ran by a bunch of kids who spend more time smoking weed than they do taking orders and helping customers. I’m not against marijuana use, but if it depletes your cognitive function to the point of not being able to put chicken inside of a box, then maybe you should hold off until you clock out. Everyone’s on their phones, everyone bounces back-and-forth at a turtles pace regardless of how busy the store is, they’ll send you to the front of the parking lot to wait on your order if you go through the drive-thru and then will proceed to forget about you for the next 20 minutes, they never have stuff that’s on the menu, and everyone who works there just all around has a miserable demeanor and acts as though they have a gun held to their head forcing them to be there. I don’t expect bright smiling faces, nor for people to do backflips in order for me to be happy with the customer service I received, but I do at least expect to get the items I paid for. I’m writing this while currently sitting in the parking lot after placing my order in the drive-thru about 15 minutes ago … just for an employee to finally walk out here and let me know they are out of wings (something i would expect to be told at the window, not 20 minutes into me waiting on my food)… so, who knows how much longer I’ll be waiting for them to finish. It’s just absolutely ridiculous and no one inside of this establishment seems to be operating on any sort of...
