I ordered from here online and it sends you to a third party website to place the order called spot on. Not all of the menu items are listed on the third party site with spring rolls being one of them. Whatever, so after placing my order online and paying for it online, I called the store to see if I could order spring rolls over the phone and either pay for them over the phone or pay for them when I come to get the rest of my order so that it would all be ready when I got there. The person on the phone immediately gave me attitude and said NO, we can’t do anything over the phone. She said you would not believe how many people place orders over the phone and then don’t come pick them up. Understandable, however, if you don’t take orders over the phone how would you know? So I informed her that I had already placed an online order and that I would definitely be coming to pick it up. She said, “ it doesn’t matter, people place orders all the time and pay for them and never come to pick them up……. Really?!! Thats hard to believe is what I said to her. Then she says you can just place the order when you get here, they don’t take long to cook. Hello?!!! That kind of defeats the purpose of preordering. I won’t be ordering from this location again, Kobe has much better service and tastes better anyway.

Update After getting home to eat my food, the spring rolls tasted like cooking grease. Like the taste you get when you fry something in grease that isn’t fully heated and it just soaks up the cold oil...

The workers believe that their gloves are there to protect them, not the customers. Guy at the register was putting lids on cups, handling cash, touching his face all while wearing his gloves and never changing them. One of the workers was handling food in back then came out with his dinner, sat down and ate and watching videos on his phone, all while wearing his gloves. He finished his meal and went back to work without changing his gloves. I was watching the kitchen through the giant window they have and saw workers in the back cleaning then handling food without changing gloves.

Very unsanitary. My son and I both lost our appetites after we saw this and couldn't...

Not sure if they have a new cook at this location but the food has been awful the past two days. Ordered my usual, filet mignon steak entree last night and tonight. The steak wasn’t edible, it had no seasoning, I ordered it med well and it was med rare. It was so chewy I couldn’t eat it. My husbands bowl wasn’t seasoned either. Don’t know what happened but it used to be so good. Last Friday it was delicious, so maybe it’s a matter of who is cooking? Also they left off my dessert I ordered.

Edit: Went back today, 10/13, and it was delicious again. Some consistency would be nice. I know it’s not a lot of money, but $15 to chance on if my food will be good or not is...
