Hershey's Flavortown — Restaurant in Port Charlotte

Some lady was filing her nails behind the counter the last time I was there. I don't think I'll be going back. It was so gross. She was also very rude to the staff(who were wonderful) and not pleasant to deal with whatsoever. Also, the toppings are stale and old. The oreos tasted like they had been out for days. The amount of flavors is very impressive though. It's unfortunate that one person can make an entire business so unwelcoming.

Some lady was literally filing her nails behind the counter and treating her young employee like garbage. It was gross. And yeah? I gave Watsons a 5 star because they deserve it and the fact that I found a new ice cream shop and knew that I was never returning to your shop made me comfortable enough to let people know that your shop is unhygienic. FILING HER NAILS... Gross. Ask her. She's the mature, heavier lady with long hair.

What a great place. We stopped in here today for the first time and it was great. Hubby got a waffle cone with black cherry and a coffee scoop. I got waffle cone with black raspberry and a mint chip scoop. Amazing! My friend got raspberry chocolate fudge (gluten free) she loved it and went back and got a scoop of rum raisin. Portions are great, prices great. My only possible negative comment woukd be the waffle cones leaked bad in florida heat. I would like then to have the waffle cone sleeves so you don't get sticky and the cost would not increase, because we used 10 napkins each, which we wouldn't need to. We ate outside so possibly if you eat inside in A/C it wouldn't be an issue. Will definitely go...

We just tried Hershey's Flavortown Ice Cream shop in the Winn Dixie shopping center on Kings Hwy and Rampart Blvd. Located between Winn Dixie and Walgreens. Great service, friendly people and best of all amazing ice cream. Can't decide on one flavor .... no problem, they will do two 1/2 scoops also. I had Mint chip and Chocolate Peanut Butter cup.
