EDIT: Qdoba made this right! Placed a mobile order today and it was ready right when I got there.
My friend and I were pretty excited about trying this place. We both placed mobile orders through the app and even got the free chips and queso. Our excitement was quickly killed as we had to wait 45+ minutes for our order. We each placed our orders at 12:30 and didn’t receive them until 1:15 and 1:25 respectively. The app said my order would be ready between 12:39-12:49. We weren’t the only mobile order customers that stood around watching in store diners get their orders prepared first. Yes it was during lunch time on a Saturday, but it was far from busy or a crazy lunch rush of people. The staff was incredibly rude and didn’t even apologize for how long we had to wait. I usually like to stop in that plaza at Jersey Mikes or Chick Fil A while on lunch break or when I’m leaving work. Being able to mobile order and just pick it up makes it so easy. I definitely won’t be coming back. I didn’t feel valued as a customer. It’s a shame because the food was actually pretty good and rivaled Chipotle...
Read moreLove the food. Restaurant is clean. Service is slow. They do not have an efficient method of getting people through their line as they put together your meal. One server takes you through the whole line; whereas, at Chipotle, you have one person putting together the first part of your meal, then another one finishes your meal, then a third person rings you up if it's busy. In other words, each server stays at their station, It was busy last night, so people were . At Qdoba one person waited on both of us at once, so she had to walk us through the whole line and ring us up while maneuvering around a second server. Very inefficient method. And there were only two of them with about 10 people in line.
So, if you are going there for dinner on a Saturday night, go at 5, not 6. Or you will wait a while to eat. Btw, the food is great, but it cost us about $30 for two quesdillas - but the leftovers will provide another meal tonight for us. They...
Read moreUsed the online order service, was informed my food should’ve been ready between 11:50 and noon. Walked in at noon expecting it to be set to go, but even though there were only two patrons dining in and nobody currently ordering, I still had to wait close to ten minutes before it was ready. At least I wasn’t alone as there were two others also waiting for their pickup orders. Got home and was so excited considering we haven’t had a Qdoba near us and haven’t been able to get it for years only to be disappointed by food that tasted like it wasn’t seasoned and two missing sides of hot salsa. I understand you’re freshly opened, but this doesn’t exactly make me want to go out of my way (about a 30 minute drive from my house) to get a meal...
