Read moreI had the absolute worst experience last week, and this will sound made up, but I swear it’s all true - Ordered 2 subs on the app at 6pm said it would be ready in 10 husband went to pick up through the drive through, and the person asked if he was from Door Dash, and he said no, so then they shut off all the lights on him they wouldn’t answer him after that so he came home and I called the person who answered would.not give their name or the name of the manager but said that they ran out of bread so they would not be able to make our subs I asked for a refund this was also refused and they said I should be able to get the refund from the app this was not possible I called back, got the same person he said “listen I don’t really know what’s going on, I just got here at 4pm and they said we’d probably close early because we ran out of bread” I said “okay but since I am not getting my food, I would like my money back” guy says “I don’t know what to tell you” Are you freaking serious?! The next day I called back and spoke to someone else she was just as helpful as the guy the night before, and when I asked for her name she also wouldn’t give it to me, then I asked for the name of the Owner, and she acted like I was crazy! she said: “ya know, I am about to clock-out, so here is my coworker” the coworker then asked if my name was _ & I said yes, and she said “well I have your order right here, I can make it right now” I asked my husband if he still wanted it and he said sure, so I told the girl to yes please go ahead and make it, and my husband would head over to pick it up my husband is gone 30 freakin minutes because they didn’t even start making it until he got there!! They did not apologize for the inconvenience and we were never offered a refund. We will never eat there again, especially now that Jersey Mikes is open just...
Ordered two footlong subs online and it said it would be ready at 710pm on a Friday. Pull in to be told by a new employee waiting for a ride that it was closed due to staffing. So I'm angry. I ordered my family food, and paid for it on my debit card yet didn't receive food. Go in there today(sat) the manager makes my subs and gives me some cookies and chips. I feel I should have received a refund and my food. Meanwhile witness the manager and other employee being extremely rude to one another. The one lady with the long hair was very rude and disrespectful to the woman behind me. Let's just say I will not give them my business or money ever again. Being rude to one another infront of customers is totally uncalled for. I will take my business elsewhere. They wonder why they have no employees. Read moreWe always have problems with this location. Just the other day we ordered two pizza subs online. Neither one had pizza sauce on them. I called twice and let it rang at least 10 times each with no answer. So I wrote a message through the website. I did receive a I’m sorry this happened , have a good day anyways message back from the manager of the store. What I wanted was them to fix the problem , maybe offer to remake it , or maybe a sub at a later date. I’m not upset to the worker for forgetting the pizza sauce. I’m more upset how the manager and corporate handled it and didn’t fix the problem.
