I called Paul Mitchell on Thursday looking to get my hair done by Emma after seeing her amazing work on Instagram. Emma was booked up for the day, but she gave me a call back offering to stay later to do my hair, which I was so appreciative of.

Emma made me feel so comfortable while discussing what I wanted and she even helped me figure out what would look best out of the two choices I brought with me. She made sure to listen to me and answer any question or concerns I had.

Emma is incredibly talented, and she made the entire experience memorable and so much fun. We had a lot of laughs and fun conversations, it felt like I was hanging out with a longtime friend. :)

My hair turned out amazing. The color and cut look beautiful, and I feel so confident in my new look. I had such a great time, and I will definitely be returning to see Emma again for any...

Well.... I wanted block coloring n bold color. Blond with soft pink... I ended up with caramel highlights. Granted it looks good but it's not what I wanted. U would think if ur paying 70$ u would get what u wanted. When I said something about their being no pink at all I got a well " it's a lil dark n here and it should lighten up when it drys more. Witch seamed 2 make sence but when I left and styled my hair my self their was no change n color n I was disappointed n the size of the highlights. Looked nothing like the picture. It don't look bad don't get me wrong it's nice but it's not...

My experience here at Paul Mitchell Great Lakes was absolutely amazing. My friend Ally asked me to come get my hair done at her school and I was a little scared but as soon as I got there that went away. (The environment was so up beat and full of life). She was amazing! A few other students helped out as well. helped her out as well. I really liked that everyone worked as a team to make me feel beautiful. My girl Ally hooked me up!! I am very pleased with the results I got. I'm definitely coming back for sure. I highly recommend this place to everyone!! Thanks so...
