August 6 on my way to work I went through Port Huron 24th St. drive-through to collect to what I thought was my credit for a combo that I got completely wrong terribly made on Tuesday the 3rd. I called Tuesday 08/03/21 to report the repeated mistake because it was the third time in a row in short time that my item I ordered was done incorrectly or poorly. However the manager on shift that Friday morning had denied me my credit, he stated I wasn’t on a list and I wasn’t remembering the manager name exactly correctly. He insisted I must’ve got credit at another Tim Hortons. However I told him in detail that the problem happened here and he had a sorry about your luck attitude and had zero interest in my story. I don’t feel like he heard me or cared one bit. I spend a lot of money there like many other people and he didn’t even ask me what happened I went ahead and paid for it because I needed to get to work soon and I’m diabetic, however I will not be back PH-TH EVER. Some people may think If there’s so many mistakes why go back, I’ve been going through some health issues and it’s incredibly convenient to have service on my way to work my long shift and you hope for them to redeem eventually. In addition, I’m not insensitive to the pandemic having little staff I understand I’m one of those people that don’t have enough staff at my professional job as well. It was the managers lack of care and condescending attitude and the fact that he embarrassed me as well by not honoring what was promised to me. When I told my family, friends, and staff they informed me didn’t you know that PH 24th St. is the worst TH in Saint Clair county to go to, so apparently according to many this is the worst TH I and after my experience I completely agree. Kind of sad we lost a historical nostalgic new your name Windchill coffee and donut shop due to this unprofessional corporate chain. Tim hortons modo is the customer is always right and somehow at this location it seems theyre more concerned with being right then assisting the customer. I wanted a medium coffee with french vanilla in it. The price difference is 30c and although it may not SEEM big my money os valuable to me, it does not come free and it does not come easy. It is my choice where i choose to spend it. As a past crew employee i am highly disappointed with her short response as to not being able to ring it as a coffee first then half f.v when i know it can be done considering the store I WORKED WITH always put the CUSTOMERS first. Everytime i visit here something is wrong. The last time i ordered a cake donut for my daughter they gave me a chocolate dipped yeast donut. Ordered before 11am via tim hortons app. When arrived, we got told the hashbrowns stopped being served at 11am and they sold them all despite us having placed an order for 7 with enough time for them to cook and be placed aside for us
Got doughnuts as a replacement, so I wasn't too disappointed in that.
Then they forgot our timbits and when we came back to get them they tried to double charge us and my husband got told "We know your kind of people you're just trying to get free stuff out of us." By the cashier.
They didn't have my drink so they replaced it with a coconut iced capp that has so much syrup its unedible. It's extremely dark and anytime I take a drink all I get is syrup.
I'm very disappointed and upset I spent over 50$ for such disappointing service and breakfast when I was trying to treat my family. I work 5 days a week if not six, eight hour days.
