Arby's — Restaurant in Port Huron

On different occasions I have come to this location, and the manager on night shift is so beyond rude. One time I was working doordash, and she got snippy because I had to pick up a doordash close to closing time. (Mind you I was just working). Another time was tonight, my items where rand up separate, and I asked if it'd be cheaper if they where in a meal. (Mind you I didn't realize it wasn't rang up as a meal until after because I had added a fry) I told her if it was just a dollar or two difference, to not worry about it. (She shut the window on me as I was talking) and then handed me change. I told her if it was a small difference, not to worry about it. She caught an attitude and said, "well I wasn't gonna know until I did it all over" and stormed away before I could say a word. I then told her co worker to tell her to not be so rude when working with the public. If you can't handle customers, you need to get out of a job that deals with customers. Hope you don't come across a more annoying or worse situation as a manager, because you handle...

Drive thru said it would be 3 min for chicken and potato cakes, had me pull up...and 15 min later someone came out to give me my order (kid was kinda spaced out)....there was no one else in line or in the restaurant.

Update: when I got home, my beef and cheddars were regular roast beef, and I ordered six.sandwiches but only received four. For a hungry family, this meant I had to come up with something else for us to eat. Tired of getting my order messed up. You go inside, and you wait forever because the food is all going to the drive.thru customers...but laugh is on them, I suppose, because they are getting all the wrong foods.

I love Arbys foods, and some of their employees are fantastic but the inconsistency (for the cost of the meals) is forcing this long-time Arby's customer to consider my options before getting "the meats". Paying for six sandwiches, getting four...that means each of those sandwiches are much more expensive...and the cost of my car idling for over 20 minutes! I should have gone to...

I go to this arbys quite often and typically never have any issues. But today was very different. I ordered 5 roast beef sandwiches, fries, and an apple turnover. When I got to the window, I asked if I could get 5 honey mustards as well. Again, I come here often and had ordered the same thing last week and had no problem getting that many honey mustards. The woman at the window was not very nice and asked me if I had ordered chicken...I said no and she told me they don't give out that many sauces if you're not buying chicken. I understand if that is the rule but it could have been told to me in a more polite way. Then, when I got home and opened my sandwiches, I noticed they were all smushed and the meat inside was part roast beef and part what I'm guessing was gyro meat. And some of the gyro meat was extremely fatty. That was the most horrible arbys I've ever had. I'm very...
