Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Port Lavaca

Placed order of 1 medium pizza and 1 order cinnamon twists at 7:56 pm on 1/20/22. The approximate delivery time was 65 to 75 minutes which is extreme in my mind however it is pretty cold and thought a lot of families were ordering dominos so they did not have to take their kiddos and everyone out in the cold. TWO hours later they delivered the order by handing me the bottles of orange soda. I told the lady that is not my order. The lady sighs in frustration, didn’t you ordered cheesey bread orange soda and a medium thin crust pepperoni pizza? I relied, “No ma’am.” The kind lady sighed again in complete frustration and asks, “Are you Jodi Sanders?” I said,”yes ma’am.” She said well they sent me with this extra stuff to give to you apologizing for how long it took. However, if you would like I can return the sodas to the store. I told her she could return the sodas since we don’t drink orange sodas. She then gave me my pizza and cinnamon twists and then gave me a medium pepperoni and cheesy bread. I thank her and thought that was nice but it was a TWO hour wait. I get to the kitchen, husband comes in asks what all I ordered and I explain what she told me. Puts his two slices of pizza in microwave because pizza is COLD. Husband then says someone is knocking on front door, it was the delivery lady asking for the extras back because the extra pizza and cheesey bread was for someone else. 😂😔😩🤪 oh my gosh!...

A while back ,I had a very minor issue with and order.I called to discuss it and without going into details, my expectations on how my issue would be resolved were so far exceeded that I was amazed.It was by the way the ONLY time I have ever had an issue believe me it was very minor.

Marquette and her team ( Terry ,Tristan and everyone) are all top notch, professional , courteous and the fun work environment is palpable.The service is impeccable and you never make it 2 steps inside the door without hearing "WELCOME TO DOMINO"S!

Now that I'm there weekly ,it is not uncommon for more than one associate to greet and thank me by name.

I also love the fact that you can see the food prep area and I have never once noticed it to be anything other than spotless.

They completed my order and had us wait another 5 mins for our order when the app said they finished it. I got a bogus reason of "the timers from the store are different from the app so we completed the order before we gave it to you" the car side delivery says delivered in 2 mins of it being completed and 'im here' actived. It was stopped at 1:55 because they completed the order without delivery and made me come in to get my order. I explained what the app said and the guy on the register at 8:13pm said I'd get an email for the free pizza which I never got because they completed it within 5 seconds of the order being ready for delivery.
