Fair warning, this is a new restaurant, quality may improve as they get more established. That said, I was not impressed.
The food was not great and the prices are too high. My wife and I got the unagi sushi and gyōza to start. 2 pieces of unagi were $7 and nothing special. $8 for 4 would have been acceptable but the quality is still mid level. The gyōza tasted like the most basic, low quality, frozen potstickers you'd get from safeway and the top half of the (rather thick wonton) was cold. Costco sells better.
The broth for the pho was ok. Nothing bad, but not great and they only offer one size: large for almost $14. It's just too large a portion. I often have a small at most other pho places (but that's still a lot of pho) and 4 gyōza and am comfortably full. I had 3 gyōza and half this large and was full full. The meat was also underwhelming. I got the #9, what most would call "rare beef" I think Pho Season calls it well done brisket or something. There was not much meat and it was tough. They've clearly chosen extra broth and lots of noodles over a decent amount of good meat.
The service was outstanding, though. Attentive, prompt, and professional service. I never needed to ask for water or anything. We were the only customers at the moment, so take that for what it's worth.
All in all, I'll come back maybe one more time to give them another chance, but if the quality hasn't improved, I won't be returning.

Read moreI got the Pho Ga and it did not taste special and the chicken was not nice and shredded but looked coagulated and stark white- almost gelatinous so I tried one piece ( the texture was off so I left out of pho). Vegetable fried rice was VERY dry and lacked flavor and egg was sparse, carrots and peas were frozen, only fresh veg was broccoli and bean sprouts. The fried rice also had mushrooms in it which I’ve never seen in a fried rice before, some might take that as a bonus- I did not. I ordered the spicy tuna and avocado rolls and they look like the ones in Fred Meyer and the rice was overcooked on these too. Overall, I would not return and would rather make it at home next time or go to weihai house for something else instead of spending that kind...
Read moreFor as much growth that’s taking place in the area you’d think we’d have more food options but that’s not the case. So needless to say I was really excited to see a new Pho place open. It was just okay. The Pho was pretty basic, my daughter got Pho Ga (chicken). The Crab Rangoon was soggy and cold. Our Thai ice tea was super watered down, didn’t have much flavor for what is traditionally a strong, sweet black tea and it didn’t have any condensed milk in it. I had a California roll that was okay, the ginger and wasabi smelled a bit off and it was dried out and off color like the plate was prepackaged and sat in a fridge past...
