Ordered pizza at 5:51 online with an approximated delivery time of 6:36. 6:36 came and went, but we waited patiently because we know sometimes businesses get busy. When 7:20 rolled around with no pizza or signs of dinner anywhere, I called the store. The phone rang and rang (at least 8 rings) until it finally went to an automated system that put me through to the store. The employee that answered the phone didn't know who I was, and when I gave them my phone number, they told me my order was cancelled by the manager! I got on the phone with manager to find not only did they enter my credit card incorrectly, (I double checked when I put it in online) they also dialed the wrong phone number to tell me my order was cancelled! (I also double checked online AND in the confirmation email!) The manager was courteous and listened to me, and eventually offered me a credit for the inconvenience, but after waiting over an hour and a half just to find out what was going on, there was no way a free pizza was going to fix anything. PLEASE Pizza Hut, make sure your employees have been to first grade before letting them operate obviously difficult equipment like telephones or credit card machines. Read moreOn December 2 I ordered two pizzas and they got one of the pizzas wrong so then they credited us and then when we got the credited Pizza they did that one right but then when my man purchased a pizza for free off of his points they gave us the wrong kind of pizza and since they f* up our order on the second and then we went two days later to get the free one and they gave us the right one on that one but then f* up on her other Pizza that we got along with our chicken and our breadsticks not only did we have to walk to go pick it up they messed up on the order and we did not complain because we got tired of obviously not getting the right pizza every time we order it's always a mess up and we got stuck eating a pizza that we didn't want and it's a good thing that we were not allergic to anything it's just frustrating that if they're that busy they should be double-checking and showing everybody their pizzas before they walk out or before they actually take the order out they should be checking and make sure...

I had looked at their hand dandy convenient menus, in which after about a couple of minutes I decided what I was craving.
Until apparently the only 1 cashier on staff this side of the Mississippi could take my order.
There were like 6 workers visibly present and I guess not 1 of them qualified enough to take orders.
Not sure if it was the tint of my skin from what I could notice about all workers and the one customer behind me.
I’m sure he got his order and was on his way with his dinner in 2 lickities of a split.
Anywho…. Very disappointed in this interaction.
I’m sure this never happens to anyone else with a tint of color to their skin. ( ;
