Arby's — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

Easy to find location just east of Interstate 95 on the north side of St. Lucie Boulevard. Clean location, plenty of shaded parking, and - of course - a drive thru. If you're dining in, you will find a wall hung flat panel television tuned into an all news channel.

I like Arby's - especially when I have coupons. BOGO free specials such as the Beef and Cheddar are a favorite. On this visit, I didn't have a coupon, couldn't find one online, but decided to visit anyway. I wanted a Beef and Cheddar sandwich. Arby's famous roast beef, topped with Cheddar cheese sauce and zesty Red Ranch, served on a toasted onion roll.

Parked my vehicle under the shade trees and went inside a store that I found exceptionally clean. Not perfect, but cleaner than most fast food places I've visited. Lenny was my cashier and - I think - Alex was his immediate supervisor. With no line, Lenny immediately greeted "welcome to Arby's, may I take your order?"

Having found some unused coupons on the trash can immediately upon entering Arby's, I ordered the Beef and Cheddar combo, which included an order of small curly fries and a small drink. When I inquired whether I could upsize the drink, Alex simply handed me a medium cup and pointed me toward the soda station.

Food was fresh and well prepared. A touch more Red Ranch on the sandwich, but maybe I'm just picky. Taken "to go" my bag had napkins and ketchup included.

Polite and friendly service, along with a mostly clean store. While the tables and floors appeared clean and the garbage cans appeared recently serviced, the soda station could use some attention. Maybe a ketchup and napkin refill, along with a couple of stray straw wrappers from those customers too lazy to trash them. Overall, not a bad appearance for a fast food restaurant.

WOW! Here's my story about the "Next Level" service I experienced here:

I visited this location looking to try the new Arby's Wagyu beef burger and uncovered that this location was not able to process an Apple Pay transaction. Since I left all my physical credit cards in another city, I had no recourse and made my way out.

Suddenly, I heard Catherine (the person who tried to make the transaction work for me initially) shouting to me from the door saying "Sir! Sir! Come back!" --just as I was heading toward my car.

I turned back and headed inside, where Marcy (the manager on duty) and Catherine said that since this was a recent issue with Apple Pay, they would GIVE ME the burger and a small curly fry for FREE! I was shocked!

The fact that these two exemplified such amazing customer service for an out of town traveler is truly a "next level experience"! It would have been easy to just let me drive away and not be concerned with someone who does not reside in the area--but they both thought much bigger than that: they decided to represent the brand AND their store in that moment. I was truly spellbound by their generosity and their proactive solution to an issue that "the payment system" didn't provide them.

While I love all things tech, the human touch and ingenuity they provided when the tech failed is really memorable -- and is also a compelling reason why I STRONGLY recommend THIS LOCATION in Port Saint Lucie West. Thank you Marcy and Catherine for your extra...

Today at 5:15, Order in drive thru. Asked to pull up at stop sign and my food would be out shortly. After several moments my husband debated getting out. We're finally given our food. I live only a few minutes up the road so not really enough time for food to get cold. We had 6 piece kids meal, no sauce, no toy, chicken was ridiculous hard to where my son couldn't even bite into it, A buffalo chicken wrap meal with curly fries, the wrap was so stuffed with large chicken nuggets I don't even know how they rolled it up. I took one bite, the wrap itself was like rubber and the whole thing came unrolled, a giant pile of old looking sliced red onion right in the middle, 2 ranky looking small slices of tomato, the lettuce was dark wilty at the edges. My husband had a double beef and cheddar meal, he said his sandwich was ok, not great. My other son had a buffalo chicken sandwich, he said it was messy and only at about half. ALL of our fries were what looked like the bits and pieces at the bottom of the bag, mix of curly and crinkle and as HARD as could be, like they sat and were dunked in the fryer to heat up out of my medium fry I think I found 5 that I could actually chew. I called location 3 times with number provided from Google and let the phone ring and ring with no answer. I'm disappointed because I've come to this location for the last 5 years and within the last year it's just not cutting it. Sorry to say it'll be a long while before I...
