Dunkin' — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

Absolutely The Worst! I was a regular customer. Now I stop at Starbucks 2 miniutes away.

3 out of 5 days the coffee was made wrong. There are a few especially the manager girl with brown hair that treats customers poorly. I felt many times I was intruding. All I did was stop in for a coffee. They make a customer feel unwanted.

Order wrong, I said something and she didnt care. I didn't know i had the wrong food until i got to work. So on my way home i stopped to let them know with the wrong food in hand and reciept. I was completely ignored. Looked at me with blank stare and went about her buisness. I just left.

Its awful that a company has no care for their customers and feels we are replaceable.

I would think a manager is to oversee and correct. It wasn't like that.

Sad...

But Starbucks is good. Happy they are close and very professional. There are other DD"s too. And I have never been disappointed like i have been from this place.

It's the people that work in this place. Hire some people that are happy and care. Especially about their work ethic and themselves.

Oh and agree with others. The wait is long!

The best is when the cashier girl told me to pull up. Waited 15 minutes, and they never brought my food out. I had to go in and wait on line again! That's when I was done with this place....

Only reason it’s 4 stars and not 1 is because of the one true hero of this place Juan . I understand that the team is busy working the front counter and the drive window, having worked in the food industry i understand it’s a thankless and difficult job. That being said I waited 35 minutes for a box of Joe six donuts and an iced tea and the only one that was working the front was Juan. He at one point even asked for help because he was getting overwhelmed and I heard one of the girls say basically it’s not my job. There were about five people working in the back laughing it up and joking around with almost nothing to do and poor Juan is working on the front by himself without a complaint and still with a nice attitude. This man obviously deserves a raise and if that place actually has a manager he or she needs to recognize the talent and trim the fat. Juan if you ever read this thank you again for doing what you do I hope that they take care of you or that you find something better where your hard work is recognized...

I am more of a Starbucks guy but my wife loves Dunkin! We frequent this place quite a bit. I gave four stars for service as well as atmosphere. I could have gone lower but I don't like giving out low scores if I can avoid it I will. Especially because this is not really a dunkin' issue. Nobody seems to want to work anymore. And if they are working they seem to be miserable in their job. I've lived in many places on the Eastern side of the US and Florida seems to be a little on the "I don't give an F" attitude 😔 at any rate this is a location worthy of your patronage. The food is really good that they serve (limited menu). NOTE TO DUNKIN HIGHER UPS (EXECUTIVES) Just about anywhere in the US north of Georgia You can get a vanilla cream filled chocolate covered straight (creme-filled straights) but for whatever reason You cannot find them anywhere in Florida! Please address...
