Spoiler Alert: This pizza chain is a disaster waiting to happen* We made a last minute decision to order a pie from the St Lucie West location. I chose pickup since we did not want to wait, I’m really not sure if that was a mistake. I arrived and the girl at the front was on the phone, two people eating in the place, and the phone ringing off of the hook for delivery/pickup. The order girl was messing up everyone’s orders, including ours. The guy standing in there, before I walked in, also had a messed up order. At the front counter employees were arguing about my pizza order being wrong and that she, the front end girl, had to stop making so many mistakes. She rolled her eyes and walked away from him. The guy before me had ordered a pizza…..before me, but they gave me his pizza instead. I ended up giving the guy his pizza and told them to make me a new pizza. In the end I got screwed when the explained that they put pepperoni on a plain cheese pizza that was one of the front counter girls mistake to fix mine. The place was just mass chaos. The delivery drivers were arguing over how to deliver all the while nothing was getting delivered. One on the best parts was when a customer walked in and asked for a beer, the front counter girl handed him the beer UNOPENED, the customer looks at it and asks, “How am I supposed to open it, is it a twist top?” To which the girls says I don’t really know. Isn’t there a state law that prohibits a place from giving out unopened beer bottles without a package license?????? Hmmmmmm. One more thing about this location as they were handing me my pizza……..yes the front end girl again…………calls out that she just got off of the phone with a customer that just received an order that was all wrong, I told her “there was nothing we could do for her, she got mad at me and hung up, can you believe that???” I called another store to find out who I could explain what was going on and the first guy tells me “Dude I can’t find my manager, who knows where he’s at and I really can’t help you so if I were you I would call the Seaway store.” So I took his advice and called. The girl that answered explained to me that all of the Goodfella’s were owned by one man but there is no number to call to complain. She then explained that they know that their stores have problems but they don’t care. She said that she could tell the owner that I wanted to speak with him but more than likely he wouldn’t care. I can say this for them tonight was the last nail in their coffin for me. I will never order from this business ever again. They have far too much business that they do not need mine. From other reviews I am now reading this issue is a consistent employee problem that they claim to always be fixing....
Read moreI wish I can talk to corporate or something. I ordered my pizza online and spent over $60. Everything was fine and the food was delivered in a timely matter and I generously tip the driver as well. I noticed that my garlic knots were not in the order so I quickly went outside to see if the driver was still there, sadly no. I called and spoke to a lady and she asked what I ordered and she said she will have the driver come back. Later on I get a call again and they said I never ordered garlic knots and I was like ok I could of sworn I did, and I look at the online receipt and I didn’t, but I saw that there was cheese fries on my receipt that were $4.95 but I didn’t order cheese fries, my mistake I must of put that instead of garlic knots, but I never even receive the cheese fries either. So the delivery guy brings me the garlic knots and demands I pay for them and I showed the driver the receipt that I paid for cheese fries and I probably put that in by mistake but I wanted garlic knots and I never received the cheese fries at all so I paid for something I didn’t get. Again the cheese fries were $4.95 and the garlic knots were $4.25. Driver said he has to call the store. The store said that I’m lying and that I received the cheese fries that the previous driver gave me a white bag with the cheese fries in it………. I RECEIVED A WHITE BAG WITH 2 LITER SODAS THAT I ORDERED ONE WAS PEPSI AND ONE DIET PEPSI!!!! I DID NOT RECEIVE MY CHEESE FRIES AND I DIDNT EVEN MEAN TO ORDER CHEESE FRIES. End the story short they thought I was lying and took back the garlics knots and left. Very terrible customer service. Why would I lie about receiving cheese fries? And they wanted me to pay twice when I didn’t even receive the cheese fries so that was a waste of $4.95 and wanted me to pay again $4.25 for the garlic knots. I just could not believe it. Best believe I will go and write an email to corporate about this or something. They lost my business for good. Read moreWhen we entered the dinning room was messy and in disarray. The place did not appear to be clean. We ordered at the counter like it was a street vender. Then had to get our own paper cups and plastic ware from a dilapidated table barely standing in the dirty corner with mops and trash on a sticky floor. We remained a short while longer surveying the place. We observed the "cashier" answering phones being rude to phone customers and in store customers. She was observed wiping her nose on her hand then handling food as well as handled money and then food - never washing her hands. The "bus girl" was cleaning tables with Windex, handling dirty paper plates and napkins, putting her hands in the trash, and then handling food. There was a pizza stand tucked in a walk way with a wash tub piled high with dirty dishes, which the bus girl would regularly dig through - some times accompanied by the tall lanky kitchen help. Again, never washing hands before handling food. After we canceled our order and were waiting for a refund, we observed customers handing dirt pizza pans and spatulas over the counter to the "cashier," which were placed on the counter next to the pizza oven. Ultimately having a pizza fresh from the oven put onto them - without being washed. When "Jack" realized we cancelled our order and were leaving he was very assertive and took an offensive posture. I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD INTERVENE BEFORE SOMEONE GETS SICK.
