The food wasn't good. The pancakes were flavorless and an unappetizing consistency that couldn't be cut through. You just had to rip pieces of it. The eggs were greasy and not seasoned. The place is dark and boring and bland as far as the atmosphere goes. I was offered a fruit cup as a side and was not told there would be an upcharge, which I found out about when I got my bill. You need to inform your guests of these things. Also, when my pancakes were delivered, I was given a refillable squeeze bottle of what looked like syrup. I asked the person if it was real maple syrup or if I could pay for real maple syrup like you can do at other restaurants such as First Watch. I was told," Yeah, like it's actually syrup." She said this with a lot of distaste and then walked away. One taste test proved it was 0% real syrup. It was disgusting and tasted like corn syrup with food coloring.
