This location seems to be most poorly ran McDonald's within the area. On their midnight shift you have to let them know you're in their building because standing at the counter is not sufficient, even though theyll look at you, but continue to move like a sloth. They have no issues about serving customers tepid "hot" coffee, they over prepare their fries, only to still make customers wait in the store, and I'm sure in the drive thru too, for 20 ish minutes just for gross fries that were prefried and put in their boxes by what can only be described as someone with sloth-like movements, way before orders come through. Meanwhile that same person ignores that you're standing there waiting for some acknowledgment as a customer, along with another customer, that arrived before me, also receiving no service. I've had equal "service" on other nights too. I do not go to this location by choice, but I also don't spend my own money here anymore after receiving the tepid coffee without a care, along with rude, can't be bothered with their customers, "customer service" from their male midnight shift manager who told me he knew the coffee wasn't any good, but he still served it, told me it would take even longer to make fresh when he knew I was in a hurry because I had already been waiting so long, and I was working night shift myself. I asked him to refund the card because he knew the coffee was no good. Later that night he said he did not refund me because I took the crap cup of coffee that he served me. I took it because he had already wasted too much of my time while I was waiting on him and I NEEDED caffeine while driving, but what he served me was not what I paid for and he told me that he knew it was old, so basically he, and whoever handles disputes at this location, charges McDonald's customers to take out McDonald's garbage for them via customers ordering McDonald's products at this location, especially at night time. That is how I see it, as a customer, and I'm sure many others would agree. If you love NOT getting what YOU PAY FOR, and having your time wasted, this location is the spot. I'm sure this review won't make a bit of difference, considering the reviews by other customers haven't changed this locations willingness to provide customers with what...
Read moreI pulled up to the drive through to place an order. I brought my dog with me. He barked some, as he gets excited and loves to come to Mcdonalds because he gets a snack when we go. The girl on the microphone decided to say “nuh uh. that’s just disrespectful” due to my dog barking, and told me to pull to the next window to place my order. My blood was boiling. He’s a dog... I have brought him plenty of other times and none of the employees have been rude. In fact, they show him love which makes him even more excited. Would this girl respond this way to a mother with a crying baby or child? I just needed not even a moment to tell him to calm down, so I could proceed with my order.
The employee was on drive through at 11:02 a.m. on 11/24/24.
I then called the store to speak with a manager. It was obviously the girl who called me disrespectful... as she was incredibly dismissive and gave me an attitude with short responses such as "mhm" and "okay." We hung up and I realized that I did not get her name. I called back to ask and she proceeded to say "that person left for the day." I then responded with "okay, then what was the name of the person in the managers position during our phone call." Her response was "that is my private information that I do not have to give to you."
I contacted Mcdonald's headquarters about 30 minutes ago and will continue to follow up on this situation until I get a case number, and this is rectified. I go to this McDonalds near daily for my morning coffee, and I will not be returning, nor will anyone else that I know goes here... until I know that this employee does not work at this establishment anymore. As simply, we will not support a business that has someone so rude and allowed to speak to clientele. This service was above and...
Read moreSoooo, 😂 this was pretty bad! In all fairness; there was a lot of construction going on and they're clearly remodeling inside which is welcomed news! WITH THAT SAID, THE LOBBY IS CURRENTLY CLOSED (May 2023) there were three cars in front of us. (On each side there are two drive-thru) It took us 30 minutes to get through. NO THIS IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. Not even close. If we weren't blocked in we would have left. Quite frankly there is a safety issue there in my opinion but I digress. I have visited this McDonald's several times in the past, and quite frankly the service has been pretty decent but it also depends on who's working at the time. Again it's 2023 after all. The food was fairly fresh. However, the fries tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in a couple of months. UPDATE: 😩 THINGS HAVE WENT TO HELL IN A HAND BASKET! We have visited a few times since my last update. Tonight was the final straw. Obviously everyone orders from the menu electronically now. Fine. But, there was a mutiny going on in the dining area. The average wait time for our food was about 25 minutes. This is not an exaggeration I assure you! Not only that, let's double down! When people were expressing their frustrations with the manager he said "would you like me to lock the doors? Okay! I'll go lock the doors and nobody gets food!" HIS ACTUAL WORDS PEOPLE! 😆 Are you kidding McDonald's? Good luck...
