Talk about an utter letdown! I was so hopeful for so many reasons and I was disappointed for almost as many! Some of my complaints. 1. My Chicken Tenders were scrawny. Not at all thick and juicy like the pictures. The chicken was also a bit bland and somewhat oily. I couldn't believe this is what all the hype was about. 2. My French Fries were not so hot and overly salted. I had to wipe them off. 3. I ordered an Arnold Palmer to drink... half lemonade and half sweet tea. They upcharged me (full price) for the "half" of lemonade, which they filled, with mostly ice, and I filled the tea on the customer side of the counter. I drank it up while waiting for my food and went for a refill of another 2 or 3 oz of lemonade and they wanted to charge me $1.19! I informed them that they should tell people about the upchatge and the refill charge. It's unfair, and I was rather annoyed. I was there on opening day. I waited online and was excited to share in this piece of PSL history and have a bit of excitement. The celebration was okay, but a bit boring for the most part. I will commend them for splitting the Lucky 20 into two 10s and having the grand opening announcements and ribbon cutting in between the two. Some of the staff were warm and friendly and engaging. Others were a wee bit curt and far from accommodating. Maybe I got a bad batch of food. Maybe they were too busy when I dined there. Maybe things will get better. Who knows. They aren't getting any more of my money. Take my advice with SEVERAL grains of salt 🧂 Try it at your own risk! Those other unfavorable reviews are spot on. 👌🏽 ***updated about 7 months later*** Food still subpar. Fries were cold and staff fills cups at least 3/4 with ice before handing it to you for you to pour your own drink at the self-service counter. I imagine they make the most profit on their beverages... but to me it feels like a cheap way to increase their profits and reduce our consumption. I asked if the ice machine were broken... and was instructed that all staff is instructed to fill the beverage cup for an "optimal drink experience" ... SMH. The tenders are average to above average. I still prefer PDQ AND Huey Magoos tenders MUCH more than Raising Cane's.

Had my first meal at this Caine's and, as always, the food is good and the chicken is very tasty. The best part of the meal, though, is the Texas Toast. It is delicious and warrants purchasing an additional portion! And, for a special treat, take 2 chicken tenders and make a sandwich with 2 slices of Texas Toast and add the ingredients that come with your box meal: fries, coleslaw, sauce, etc. The restaurant just opened a few days ago, and it was packed and there were cops directing traffic. The drive thru experience was pleasant and the staff were all friendly and efficient. However, a couple of minor things were that there were no utensils in the bag (the tenders are delicious but greasy), and although I was asked about catsup (I said yes), there was no catsup in the bag. Finally, the sodas that came with the meal were so loaded with ice that in rendered our sodas (sprite and coke) tasteless because they were so watered down, even though we took sips immediately. In fact, upon finishing my soda completely, ice still filled 60% of the cup. That was a disappointment. But otherwise, this is a new, excellent option for fast food, and a cut above most.

First time eating at the Port St Lucie Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers location and it was not as enjoyable as the Boynton Beach Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers location. I could barely hear the drive thru employee because the background music was overbearing which made the ordering process difficult. If I didn't request her to review the order it would have been incorrect. The food was edible but not as expected. The Texas toast was barely toasted and had zero flavor which was paired perfectly with the semi warm tenders. The sandwiches barely had any sauce, the tenders were extra , extra crispy and the bun was soggy. The soda was flat which matched the energy of the staff towards customers. Amongst each other they were dancing and on their phones which benefits social media but the customer climate was clouded by their judgement. With inflation on the rise, it's a choice to eat out and spend money wisely. After this experience I will take my $40 and spend it elsewhere.

I havent had issues at this location before, however, it took a few minutes to be recognized at the front counter to take my order and once that person arrived she didnt say sorry or even look too happy when she arrived. She was ok taking my order.

The food eas crazy quick and the food quality showed. The fries werent great, not very hot. This is unusual as the limited times I have been there before, they were crispy and hot. Disappointing. The chicken fingwrs were not hot either and actually didnt look right approaching to oick up my order. They seemed smaller than usual and they were, the closestcterm I can say is soggy, Ok to eat but definitely not what I was expecting craving it ony way there. The cole slaw was great as always. The sauce is so good. The bread was also sub par as it didnt seemed cooked (toasted).

The whole thing was under whelming for something I was really looking forward to.

I have only been there four times. The first three were great. And I have sonce then heard bad things about this location at holiday parties, etc. I didnt kmow what those people were taling about... until now.

Im a fan even if they did rip off Gutherie's. :-)

I will be back as this was my first sub par performance by them. So hopefully it was just a one...
