Some of the best subs I've had. I came down from Maryland to Florida to visit my sister & she recommended this place for lunch. I had a hard time figuring out what sandwich to eat because they have soooo many options online. When I arrived at the shop I was still overwhelmed with options but the lovely people at the counter had talked me through what I wanted & made me a custom sandwich. While Some of the best subs I’ve ever had! I came down from Maryland to Florida to visit my sister, and she recommended this spot for lunch. I had such a hard time choosing because they have so many options online. When I arrived, I was still overwhelmed, but the friendly team at the counter helped walk me through what I liked and even built me a custom sandwich that hit the spot!

While waiting, I chatted with some of the regulars who were so welcoming and full of more recommendations for my next visit. The food was authentic, the ingredients were top tier, and the service was just as impressive. I even joked with the manager about how the cheesesteak place next door was still open when this spot clearly serves the better sandwiches!

I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town — this...

Our first time here was yesterday. It's about a mile from our home so we see it daily and thought we'd give it a try. We're an Illinois couple who moved down to FL 3 years ago and have been getting used to all the New York delicacies our area has to offer. I had always heard how the deli scene in New York is like no other and loved the ambiance of the store front, when you walk in you feel like you're in Brooklyn. Great service, food options were yummy and plentiful. I think I need to do some research on how to order a new York sandwich or go in w a New Yorker because I feel like I could've done much better on ordering, I was overwhelmed to say the least. Get it hot or cold? Can I ask for other condiments? I don't want to disrespect the chef or look like a dummy for putting something on a sandwich that shouldn't be on there lol. I'm from Chicago, no ketchup on hot dogs type of situation. I ordered a sandwich which had a chicken cutlet, fresh mozzarella and tomato on it and my wife had a salami sandwich which we both enjoyed. We ordered a rice and cheese ball and a cannoli and prolly the best cannoli I've had. Prices not too bad, we will be...

The sandwiches here are top notch and they don't break the bank, which is saying a lot in today's financial climate. We tried an Italian sub, the meatball parmigiana, and the chicken parmigiana. All three were amazing! We live close and will definitely make this place a regular dinner substitute when my wife doesn't feel like cooking, which seems to happen a lot🤷‍♂️

Update June '23 (two stars): We have been here multiple times since our first trip and the sandwiches now seem to be hit or miss(mostly miss). Most of the problem lies with their bread which makes or breaks a sub. If you come here later in the day the bread tastes old and is very hard and chewy, almost like cardboard. Almost inedible. We had to take out the filling and put it in sandwich bread at home just to be able to eat it. The sub roll was tossed in the trash creating a heavy thud as it contacted older trash. It's really a shame. We want to like this place so much but I don't see us coming back here...

Wow this is exactly what I was looking for. I am from New York not the city but upstate. Let me tell you this place took me back home. I ordered a number 6 turkey tomato and fresh mozzarella with mayo plane jane but it was phenomenal. The turkey was not salty like some places. The bread was soft on the inside and hard on the outside. The fresh mozzarella took the sandwich over the top. My first bite was heaven it felt like home. My husband grabbed a number 2 but he swapped the cheese for pepper jack. He loved his hero but no leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I saw this place on facebook and it did not dissapoint. It was our first time here and I am glad the person who helped us took the time to tell us about his sandwiches. I will for sure be back next time and will get a hot hero like he recommended. I ate half of the hero and I have leftovers for tomorrow. If you are in the Gaitlin area this place is def a local fave. Food and service was great thank you so much.

My boyfriend and I were on the hunt for a sub spot and so glad we picked this spot to check out! Frankie took care of us when we told him it was our first time. Feels like a place straight out of NY filled with authentic goods and true Italian hospitality. The sandwiches are the best bang for your buck. They’re LOADED and flavorful. Their cannoli is the best I’ve had. We were also introduced to a new dessert, sfogliatelle, which they got in fresh from NY that day and that blew my mind. Beautiful crispy layers with cream filling - it’s a must try if you’ve never had it. Can’t wait to go back and try more things!
