I was going to give it one star but won't blame subway for the attitude of the employee. I come in 10/10/18 about 4am. Young girl in there working . I waited for about 15 minutes for her to even come to the counter from outside. She immediately grabs some gloves and I ask her could she please wash her hands. She had the nerves to stare and ask me as in disbelief "you want me to wash my hands?". I pointed to the SIGNS all around her sink and said "your company wants you to wash your hands". Then from that point after reluctantly doing the job she signed up for, proceeded to make my food. Now I will blame management for not really pressing the importance of Customer service, and satisfaction. Why hire someone who doesn't want to do the job. Especially when it involves food. Really if you can avoid it go to exit 104, where there is plenty places to eat. Or exit 102 where there is a regular subway. If the service is this bad in your face my concern is what are they doing to food in the back. Be careful and dont take this type of service...
Read moreI’ve gone to this subway location in the pilot Gas station in Port Wentworth, Ga @ 3:45am only because it’s advertised as 24 hrs. Because there’s not any other restaurants to choose from at this time in the mornings I’m pretty much stuck with choosing this subway as my only means of fueling my body so I’m hoping to get a breakfast sub before my long work shift starts. Went in on 10/5/19, 10/12/19 and today 10/19/19. So far, every time Ive gone in, no one is working behind the counter. The girls behind the pilot cash registers which are separate from the subway registers, yell over to me and say, “she’s on her break And she just went on it”. So I’ve tried to get there 30 minutes earlier but she is gone on her break then too. I give up on this Subway location and I will never spend my money there again. Sorry Subway, y’all just lost a regular customer because your worker doesn’t...
Read moreI brought my emotional support dog into the store with me. The employee behind the counter at Subway asked if I minded waiting while she unpacked all new ingredients.
I waited 5 minutes while other people lined h behind me. The server asked what I would like, when an elderly patron interrupted us and complained about my E.S. Dog. The same employer who made eye contact and had me wait several minutes already then asked me to leave without asking for credentials for my dog or considering the fact she knew I and my dog had already been inside the establishment for several minutes as per the employee asking me to wait.
How cruel to have us wait then refuse to serve us. I said something to this effect and no longer wish to patronize Subway. We just drove seven hours - I’m posting this immediately after being held in the store then promptly asked to leave without any...
