When this Taco Bell first opened, I thought it was absolutely fabulous. The service was great, and the staff was very polite. I very much enjoyed it when PRESTON served my food. I'm not sure what has happened in the past few months, but the service is pretty awful. Just today I went through the drive-thru and ordered a quesadilla, a burrito, and a drink. Note, there is absolutely no one else in the Drive-Thru or in the parking lot. The guy who took my order was very short and asked me to pull around front to wait for my food, which I had no problem doing. HOWEVER, after sitting in my car for 15 minutes and watching customers that walked in well after I parked get their food and leave, as well as seeing two different employees (including JASON who took my order)out in the parking lot on their cell phones smoking cigarettes, I decided if I didn't go in and ask for my food I might just starve. I walk inside the lobby and there are two customers at the register. So I simply wait by the counter and expect to talk to an employee when they are done ordering. Instead the cashier looks at me with a blank expression and says "Yes?" I reply that I have been waiting for my food since 10:44 and it is currently 11. She walks over, grabs my receipt, hands it to someone in the back, and proceeds to take the order of the other two customers in the lobby. I watch an employee in the back look at my receipt, make my food, put it in a bag, and then hand it to me simply saying "Here you go." No apology, no sorry for your wait, just...
Read moreI went to Taco Bell 12:35am through the drive thru. I waited at the speaker for 2 minutes until they finally answered. The answer time for these workers are within 5 seconds. I made my order half way but had to come to the window because the lady did not understand what my order was and I couldn’t hear. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos regular, 2 shredded chicken burritos, 1 cheesy Gordita crunch, 1 fiesta potato bowl. I paid then we waited for 15 minutes wonderful. I got my order and went into the parking lot to check everything so I won’t hold up the line. No cheese on my potato bowl, no napkins, the tiniest meat on my husbands tacos. And the dryest shredded chicken on the burritos knowing that you’re supposed to add water to them so they won’t be dry. But that didn’t happen at all. So I went back around through drive. Waited at the speaker for another 5 minutes saying hello hello hello with no answer at all. So we pull up and there is car in front of us. We waited for them to move for another 10 minutes maybe more. We get to the window the manager Jesse or whoever tells us there is no cheese when we asked. I’m so disappointed already and to find out why there was no cheese on my potato bowl was because they didn’t have any in the first place. Thank you for not letting me know. No refund, no sorry, no nothing. Just the napkins and spoon is all we got. Awesome customer service. So we will never come here again and will give this place 1star on google review. Wish I can give negative. Thanks for...
Read moreI hate giving bad reviews. I always try to focus on the good but unfortunately there was little here, and so much was just wrong that unless you only have this location as a choice steer clear.
Specifics, there were six to seven employees and only two appeared to move. Both the young man that directed me to the ordering kiosk and offered to show me how to use it and the cashier a young lady who was pleasant. Still it took almost 25 minutes for an order of 7 tacos, only two with any variation from standard (sub chicken). Even though I entered the order on the kiosk it was still wrong and what was technically right was mangled so badly it was not eatable as a taco. I ordered sauce but missed the part that even if I ordered it I still had to get it off the condiment bar. I was excited that they had black beans, which were good and since I hadn’t had any spice today I added jalapeño for like thirty cents expecting a small cup at least, but got three total pieces in my beans. They were good, but to get enough heat in them to be where I like them it would take a small fortune at that price (hyperbole intended).
The atmosphere was beautiful. You could tell it was new and crisp. Unfortunately the random discarded plastic gloves on tables ruined...
