This wasn’t a bad hotel, since we only slept there while visiting Savannah and the area. ||Make sure you take your own pillow, as the room only had two…I have never been to a hotel that only has two thin pillows. This was a problem for me the first night, so I had to go buy one to keep from my neck hurting with only the one thin one. ||It’s not the best hotel I have stayed at, but it sure wasn’t the worst either. I can recommend you to stay there. ||It was relatively quiet, not much noise at all. There is a gas station/convenience store within feet of the hotel. A truck came to dump the trash dumpsters really early and about scared me to death, coming out of sleep, but other than that, no noise. ||The air conditioner was great. It really put out a lot of cold air, kept the room cool in the 4th of July heat. ||I did not go around the pool, so I have no idea about it. ||I think it was about 15 miles from the river walk of Savannah, a pretty easy drive with no issues. ||All in all, I’d stay...
Read morePulled up to this place minutes before midnight, the clerk at the desk im sorry I didn't get your name, was FANTASTIC, I think he could tell I was about to fall over after driving down from NYC this am. Two kids in the car. Just exhausted well lucky me this young man had 1 room with 2 beds left. Thank God. I gave him some ID, my credit card, and headed up to my room. Truly wasn't expecting much on the side on i95, but I was PLEASANTLY surprised when I opened the door. Beautiful 'brand new' rooms. No carpet. Well appointed for a highway side motel, I was impressed. And, I'm hard to please. Clean. Smells good. Air conditioner doesn't smell weird. Water is hot. Tons of charger plug inside ALL OVER, charge all your devices at once while you sleep. NO CARPET at least in the room we had. Teenie tiny hint of cannabis smell outside around, but I'm Canadian so it don't bother me none. Almost comforting in a way. Great stay. 10/10 would recommend. Would definitely stay...
Read moreThis was a place to lay my head for one night only. I needed pet friendly accommodation on short notice. Upon my arrival, there were dribbles of urine on the toilet seat. There was a soap dispenser, but it was empty. The shower looked scary enough that I opted not to even use it. Since I planned to leave promptly in the morning, I didn’t even bring my suitcase up to the room. Holes in the walls had been patched- but still need paint. The room I was assigned was an “Executive King.” It was near the back of the property, on the second floor. The second floor was a little odd for pet friendly accommodation. The stairs to the second floor were covered in dog poo, and the pool was filled with sand. Other guests in the back of the motel seemed to be long term tenants. The neighbor next to my room was outside smoking and making noise until at least 4:00 AM. The inside of the room is smoke-free. But the AC’s suck the smoke in, so every room likely...
