Hong Kong — Restaurant in Portage Township

I am not sure, even after looking so many negative review why I did went to that restaurant. Because there were no other Chinese buffet in the way To Put-in-bay.

Why I went? No other option in that area and it it a buffet that cost $5.25

Customer service is not good. The food is yaaaaak. We ordered 4 buffet and one shrimp item from the menu. In the buffet they have multiple chicken iteam but there was on batter in General Tao's chicken. They only take cash before you eat because they know you are not going to pay them after you taste the food.

If I compare to other $10 Chinese buffet with this restaurant than it will have a negative rating. The food quality is bad than a dollar store quality.

Very disrespectful place to eat every time I get a take out it’s never done chicken is raw and not cook all the way and they charged me 20$ for one person is crazy this place shouldn’t even be in business idk how they are still their for were they are located you would think the food would be grade A food but nope it never fails with these ppl they rush your food thru the cooker and they act like nothings wrong with it once you say somthing to them ver nasty place to get food to take home maybe if they take their time and cook ppl food all the way then they would be a good place to take out from I wouldn’t recommend this place for my dog to eat let alone my kids horrible somthing needs to be done about this...

I cannot fathom how anyone would have an enjoyable experience at this place. when I walked in to order lunch, I was told that it was cash only, not that there were any signs outside that warned me of this OR at the cash register for that matter. Most of the extremely few choices that were available were over cooked, cold, bland,and almost empty. if you wanted anything to drink, you were charged for it, even water. The place was so cheap, that they had actually broken the cookies in half, in what I can only assume was an attempt to keep the number of them being eaten down. Avoid this place...
