My boyfriend works next door to this location and he is a sweetie so he stopped in after his meeting one day and got me breakfast. He ordered me a steak wrapped with a hash brown and a orange juice. The strap itself wasn't the greatest the egg was worse then mc Donald's breakfast eggs. The peppers in it were almost like they were frozen bag veggies. Oh well I ate it ... I expressed my dislike to my boyfriend as I opened the orange juice to rinse it down. I take a swig and I feel something slimy on my lip it was almost like a strand of thick hair..as I pulled it off my lip to see what it was I looked at the rim of theverything o.j there was a mold/ fungus! !!! I was livid and at that very moment the food I just forced myself to eat forced itself up! I called the store nearly in tears simply because I was grossed out. . I spoke with a morgan she didn't apologize she just asked if a employee for the o.j for my boyfriend which they had. .. then I was told I could come back in and get a free drink! Hmmh to me I lost money I lost food because I ended up throwing up but hey another free o.j!! Big whoop I never went back for it. ... to me that fungus issue is way bigger than that and I honestly wish I could post the picture because how easily it was brushed over doesn't make sense! I will never return the lack of concern scares me and I can only imagine what else gets swept...
Read moreThis place used to have great service and quality but has substantially gone downhill. I went there for a single iced coffee, that's it, with only cream, nothing fancy, nothing else. I went during my 15 min break which was a huge mistake. Normally they're super quick and it's only a few minutes from work. When I pulled in, there were only 2 cars ahead of me. 2 cars. That's it. My wait time in the drive through for a simple iced coffee was 15 minutes. i was like 10 minutes late getting back to work. So I'll never do that again. Then today I went for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffees for me and my husband. The coffee is hit or miss these days, and if I were to ever go to Tim Hortons again, which at this point is highly unlikely, I'm ordering my coffee black and adding cream at home. Sometimes they put way too much creamer in it or they'll put sugar in it. I never ask for sugar in it. I don't like sugar in it and I can't drink it with sugar. Then when I got home, I bit into my sandwich and the egg popped and was a green-greyish color inside and was tasted very off. And this was 7:39 in the morning, when I would expect everything to be fresh but that egg was definitely old. I threw away the sandwiches and went to McDonalds. I don't know how you can serve food like...
Read moreThis was my first experience at a Tim Hortons. I arrived at 10:36am on March 12, 2017
I was told no on 3 items I tried to order, and was told they had just opened at 10am. Even though there was no indication on signage. Hours were listed as opening at 5am. I ended up with Ham on a plain bagel. As there was no other bread options available to choose from. I tried to order Soup and was told, "there will not be any soup today" I took a bite of my sandwich and to my dismay the ham was cold, I'm not talking about it wasn't hot. I mean, taken from the refrigerator and put straight on the bagle. I took my ham off and put it on a plate and asked if it could be heated up? They were nice and obliged by putting my ham in the microwave. I tried it again, because I was hungry and wanted to eat. It was still not edible.
I threw my entire meal away, and my boyfriend did as well. We both left disgusted and disappointed. My boyfriend had ordered the same sandwich and a doughnut. He said the doughnut was great!
He had talked it up for days and this was a stop we had planned on a long car ride. Expecting great food and experience and was left not wanting to even want to try another...
