First of all letâs remember these are reviews for a fast food restaurant.
I just left this location. Around 6:45 pm on Wednesday the 3rd of August. Drive thru Line wrapped around the building. I decided to go inside to beat the line.
There were two customers ahead of me that had issues with their orders. There was a guy training on register that also needed assistance bc we all do when training. The girl helping him (black girl around 5â6â with hair tied up in a bun) deserves a raise. Honestly everyone working tonight does. The trainee was very kind and helpful. I watched another girl with braids and an eyebrow ring and a white guy with red hair literally RUN preparing these orders. The eye brow ring girl stopped mid run to assist at the front all while being very kind and also working with the very busy drive thru register workers. Everyone was hustling in there.
The girl with the bun I mentioned has the patience of a saint. She calmly and professionally addressed all complaints. She also wasnât rude to the trainee and calmly explained as she worked. This Wendyâs is out of a lot of items and it isnât the employees fault. This is a thankless job requiring long hours on your feet in a hot and small space.
Be nice to the employees. They are working their butts off. Mistakes happen and they want you to be happy and go about your day. If youâre someone who thinks âhow hard is it to not mess up _â please remember you are one tiny part of what each employee is responsible for at any given time.

I am writing to formally address a deeply troubling experience I had at your 4301 Centre Ave Portage MI Location on 10/26/2024
During my visit, I was harassed both in the drive-thru and inside the store. An employee ( who says her name is Amanda which I'm sure is not true as she did not have a name tag on) not only refused to provide my order and the missing items but also threatened to call the police when I sought assistance. Her aggressive demeanor made me fear for my safety. Instead of helping me, she stated she would report me simply for asking for help and told me never to return.
This unacceptable treatment is both shocking and distressing. I believe that all customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, and my experience was a clear violation of that standard.
I am requesting a full refund for my order, as well as a thorough investigation into this incident to ensure it does not happen to others in the future.

   Read moreDo not order from their app. During payment the app will error out but it will still charge you but order will not process through. Explained this in restaurant and they have nothing to do with app and canât do anything about it.
Ordered in person and they gave away my order and was oblivious after everyone that ordered after me has left. Got the nerve to give me an attitude and asked what I was waiting on!!
Gave me my partial order and was waiting on one item. The manager or person in charge did not even hand it to me and just placed it on the counter. This same person did not even apologize for the mess up nor offer to comp my order or anything.
