This review is going to be very thorough so buckle up or skip to the end for a brief summary. My girl and I drove all the way home on our break from work (15mins) to get our subway coupons and headed to this location. We walked in and ordered a 6ā Spicy Italian and a 6ā rotisserie chicken. The coupons said the only thing it excluded was the garlic roast beef, wraps, and āthe beastā. After she made our sandwiches she said she refused to take our coupons and that their location ādidnāt participateā in taking coupons for anything but turkey, ham, salami, and pepperoni. Now I worked at Subway for 8 years. A spicy Italian is salami and pepperoni so why wouldnāt she take out coupon?? Well apparently because she was considering it the āItalianoā. But this isnāt even the real issue here. Even tho I was really frustrated by her BS excuse to not take our coupons we got outside and sat in the seating area and my girls sandwich was COVERED IN MOLD. I brought both of our sandwiches back inside and asked for a refund and she obliged however, she insisted that I still take and eat my sandwich (that was the same bread). I told her absolutely no thank you and that the whole cabinet of bread unfortunately should be thrown away. She was very shocked that I said that and said there was absolutely nothing wrong with the rest of the bread. Uhhhh girl, itās being stored in a humid environment WITH ACTIVE MOLLDDDDD. So that being said. Iāve had good experiences here before even with this same lady but this was terrible and I certainly will never be back.

   Read moreJust lost a daily customer! I go to this Subway multiple times a week for lunch and always have issues with the staff. I understand a mistake here and there, but this store is constantly having issues. Once I was held up on my lunch break by an employee making lunch for their two children, who were monkeying around behind the counter. Whenever I call, they never pick up the first time; I always have to call at least a second time, if not more. Once I asked for my order toasted, but they said the toaster was broken, which is fine! Nothing they can help⦠the issue came when the customer ordering right behind me asked for their sub toasted, and it was all of a sudden working? And just today, I called to cancel an order immediately after placing because I made it at the wrong location and they took three calls to answer. Once I got an answer, I was told there were no mobile orders and got hung up on. I called back immediately, got an answer on the fourth ring, and was then told that they had already made my order so it could not be cancelled⦠which is so funny because less than a minute before that, they supposedly had no mobile orders! She was also extremely rude every time she talked to me, as if I was hassling her and not simply asking her to do the job she is being paid to do, smh. The food is average when it comes to Subway, but they can be light on the portion sizes. Supremely SUBPAR customer service 90% of the time. Save your time, frustration, and money and go to the location up the street or any of the other restaurants...

I thought someone had took the pickup order from the area. He calls me to let me know that no one made the order and the person that forgot to make the order laughed about the bread requested not being available. Somehow he forgot to make the order but my status in the app said it was ready for pickup. My husband said the individual āfoundā the ticket in the tray after he pretended to look in the pickup area for an order he knew he didnāt make. My husband said when he walked in they were already putting food away at 7:21pm and they didnāt close until 8:00pm. I would have requested a refund if I knew what had happened but highly doubt they would have processed the refund correctly if they couldnāt remember to make a sandwich and then lie about making it on the app. No...
