Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Portage

I walked into little caesars and noone greeted me so i said "hello will anyone acknowledge that I'm even here?" Two young ladies in my view looked at me and continued talking without even saying a word. After a third time (raising my voice in disbelief) I ask again "Can I please get some help up here?" A man which appeared to be the manager says "We are busy back here". Not im sorry ma'am someone will be right with you ; instructing another team memeber to assist me or deciding to step from the back to accomidate me hisself. What i experienced was unprofessional,disrespectful & impolite. I was not welcomed, acknowledged or assisted until I continued to repeat myself to receive services. A hot and ready was convenient for my family and I at the time, otherwise I would have taken my money elsewhere. My hope is that leadership would truly set a great example to others on displaying great customer service. Acknowledging each customer coming through the door treating them with courtesy, value & respect resulting in customer satisfaction each...

Ever since they re-opened customer service has been absolutely appalling. They never answer the phone ever. Even if you order ahead you’re waiting an extremely long time for your order. Half the time the pizza isn’t cut well and or missing something one time it was completely dried out and someone forgot to throw the pizza out after the timer expired and decided to sell it to me anyway had to go back for a new pizza and waited forever. Seriously what is going on at this location it is not a very complicated job to have good customer service and prepare pizzas. DO BETTER !

Little Cesar’s on westnedge...

This is my first time ordering with Little Caesar ever so I called to place my order, a gentleman named Troy answered the phone with a very pleasant tone. I had so many questions but Troy was very patient with me and gave me suggestions and options. I came in a bit early in the store and surprisingly my pizza is ready. The whole crew was very busy when I came there but they are all polite and nice, Troy himself assisted me in the counter and he is so helpful and amazing. Pizza was fresh and hot! This will be the place I will keep ordering my pizza. Service...
