The guy who designed and made my wife's engagement ring, whose name I will not put out of respect, ghosted me when it was time for me to get my wife's wedding ring. We were running out of time, but my mother in law recommended Diamond Doug at UniQ. The first visit went so well! Doug was easy to understand and has a great sense of humor 😂 He also was really negotiable.

We had less than two months to get my wedding ring, but Doug said he'd do his very best to make this happen before our big day. Well, after the wax appointment, exactly one week before the wedding Doug called me to report that my wife's ring was done 😁 And it looks absolutely amazing, the picture I attached doesn't do justice! Thank you Doug not only for saving my wife and I's butts when we were running out of time, but also for making a ring that's actually higher quality than the engagement ring! I have never had a worse experience visiting a store. As a visitor from Toronto, myself and my brother wanted to give this place a try and the manager was absolutely disgusting. I have never felt so unwelcome in a store before, some of the staff were polite however the manager was a whole different story. Not only was the experience was bad, she was scolding her own employees using disgusting terms that is an insult towards individuals with disabilities, this has shown that Amber (name of the manager) has no decency, lack of politeness and overall a terrible human being. I’ve been to UniQ Jewelry twice now and I LOVE it. Originally found out about it from a google search for jewelry repair. Left a couple necklaces that needed repair and enjoyed the experience of looking at all of the beautiful, unique jewelry.
