Yo lay off us okay? Lay off us fast food workers if it looks like we just chilling while u waiting 25 minutes that's probably because we're still trying to get your food we're waiting for the Cooks to finish your food or someone ahead of you ordered so much food that it's stopped everything and sometimes, newsflash , people refuse to park so we can't get to you. We're all trying our hardest to get you your stuff. And yeah some of us may just be rude and sometimes we're not the ones being rude you are. I read a review of this place saying that someone told them that everything was to go. You wanna know why we do that to even the smallest orders? We wanna go home. We have family. We need sleep. Read a thing bout a disabled person taking a guy's order and how he had a problem with that. Guess what they need jobs too and I've been there a lot none of them are disabled. Some are old some are hard of hearing after being yelled at for 5 8 hours a day in their ear by dru thru. But for you to just assume someone is disable is messed up. To even have a problem with that is wrong. Your fries or any of your food is cold? Tell them. We as your food server are required to replace it and we normally will. It's a simple mistake because, another newsflash, we don't touch your food we use napkins and other things we don't want to contaminate your food about half the customers that come into our places of work cuss us out about everything some simple mistakes like accidentally giving you cold Fry's two things that aren't even our fault like you forgot your own coupons at home. I read one about someone else who was unhappy a restroom was out of order. Grow up I say. Bathroom toilet break. People flush things they shouldn't flush and ruin toilets. It's not something we can help and it's not the guy who's taking your orders fault it hasn't been fixed yet. We really are trying. Trying hard to get you your stuff. Trying to get through tough days. Trying to deal with people who think everything wrong with the place is our own personal fault. I've had people cuss me out and I've had to sit there and smile and do nothing to defend myself cuz "the customers always right" your not. We just have bills to pay and mouths to feed and that is the ONLY reason we deal with all that mistreatment. Please remember...

I went here to have lunch. Food was ok. During my meal, an employee asked me to help push a disabled vehicle (not mine) from the drive though. It was a 1 ton crew cab ford that was loaded down. Obviously, not going anywhere. I was then asked to give that vehicle a jump... and asked if I had cables. The employee directed me to drive my extended cargo van backwards through drive through to give jump. As i did this, the employee went inside and dissapeared. Several minutes later, the truck started, and I was forced to back out of the drive through. I returned to my seat to finish my meal. Nothing was said, nothing was offered. So a service and product I paid for was interrupted so I could clear their drive through, and help someone they asked me to help, no replacement of the product I purchased, no coupons or gift certificate... not even a thank you.
I paid for the food, I paid for it to be prepared and I paid to use their space to consume the food. My vehicle does not say AAA on the side, and even if it did, that's a service that Bill's for its service.
Why is my paid for meal interrupted and my services and equipment then used for free per their request with no reciprocating?
Beyond that, I contacted customer support to write a review/complaint... instead of addressing my problems, I got a general reply saying they want my business and they've sent a reply to the store... no apology, no reimbursement, no meal compensation... nothing.
Who pays for my gas? Who pays for my time? Who pays for...
Read moreGot into a HUGE kerfuffle with the Carl’s Jr. in Clackamas Over ordering a deluxe burger. The gal who was the manager by the way, told me they didn’t sell those. Ended up throwing me out of their store because I was mad. Went to the Carl’s Jr. on 82nd and spoke with MARY told her what had happened and she said “ honey that’s called a star with no cheese”! I was shocked how easy it was! Mary immediately apologized for the other Store, which she didn’t need to. She got my order immediately, and I walked out with two delicious Star Burgers, french fries and onion rings. Some of us are not sure what the menus are selling and have questions. It should not be assumed that we understand the menus or that we are too dumb to figure it out. Mary was so incredibly accommodating and sweet. Not sure why the other gal felt it necessary not only to refuse to take my order in the drive-through line but when I got up to the window slam the window on my face. I went inside and she refused to help me. All due to me asking what a deluxe burger was at her store. I will never go there again and if you’re out there wanting to do order from the Clackamas store you had better know what you want. Apparently me asking for a deluxe burger or what that might be was just too much. In fact, and the drive-through line I thought she was kidding until she wasn’t! Horrible, horrible horrible employee. By the way, she was the manager. They could all take a lesson from MARY who was...
