Really disappointing experience. We showed up 30 minutes before closing to place a simple to-go order, only to be told they donât take any orders that close to closing time. If thatâs your policy, fine â but be honest and adjust your hours. Donât waste peopleâs time and then act like weâre the problem for showing up during your posted business hours. Super unprofessional and frustrating. Wonât be coming back.

What made it worse was the ownerâs patronizing response, blaming âmost restaurantsâ for also stopping service earlyâwhich simply isnât true. Many restaurants take orders right up to their listed closing time or at least make that policy clear upfront. Hiding behind vague industry claims and blaming slow business isnât an excuse for poor customer service or false advertising.

   Read moreSooo good! Had the Half & Half Boneless Soy Garlic & Hot King along with the Cheese Ddukbokki and everything was fantastic! The chicken isn't too heavily-battered, making for a meal that didn't leave one feeling heavy or gross. Preferred the Hot King, but the garlic was coming strong on the Soy Garlic so not bad at all. The real star was the Ddukbokki.
Hard to describe but the Ddukbokki or "rice cakes" are like these cylindrical small rolls of rice-doughy goodness coupled with what seemed like kimchi all in an almost marinara-like sauce. Coupled with the cheese on top, the whole thing comes together in a way that almost feels like Korean mixed with Italian. I'm still not describing it well but highly recommend it. Delicious and comforting, can't wait to try again.
The vibe is chill (we had the place to ourselves so that was nice). K-Pop on the television. Service quick and sweet. Really cool spot....

I didnât leave a tip and I always make sure to leave a tip as I work two full time jobs just to make ends meet. The food here is always amazing and this is the first time I have gotten bad service.
