I've been a customer to this particular store for the last 3 years and mostly get the same pizza order. I, personally, don't like to write a bad reviews (one day I ordered a cheese pizza, upon got home there were not cheese on it the pizza they gave me "Not at all"). I was speechless! I would take a pic and post on social media but I rather chose not to because the mistakes are always unpredictable.
But what I really noticed and sick of tired every time I try to order the same exact pizza they always give us different prices which sometimes way to high and almost double than what I paid last time.
Today, I got frustrated and speak up. Asked can you guys explain what is the reason you're always give your customers different prices? Or is that only for us? Then, she said, let me double check with someone; She thought that she put me on hold but I was clearly hear every single words they were saying each other. The guy she spoke with said it's 11 am and we can't apply any coupons at this time unless he add at least 3 toppings on his order.
She came back to the phone and tried to lie by saying, do you wanna add any toppings to your order, and I said no. She said, sorry sir then this is the new price that you need to pay it !!
I know that most mangers care their business reviews and constantly read them and I would like to ask you directly that you must get involve and either tell us that your business is open for everyone with equal price or you don't care your customers happiness and just need to give them a...
Read moreFor 34 years, I have loved Dominos pizza, but this location has let me down for the last time. After 1-1/2 hours of waiting (1 hour and 5 minutes of Jonathan doing a "quality check" according to the online tracker), I called the store and was told they were on a 2-hour delivery schedule. Something that was NOT posted when i placed the order, however, I was told my pizza would be out for delivery soon. 30 minutes later the pizza was finally sent out after spending 1hour and 35 minutes under a heat lamp. Just like a convenience store's pizza! 10 minutes after that I was told my order was complete and the pizza had been delivered. Unfortunately, it was nowhere to be found. I called the store AGAIN and was told there had been a problem with the food and they were going to remake my order to be delivered within 30 minutes. At first, I said okay. Then. I thought about how unprofessional they were in telling me that the pizza was out for delivery and then that it had been delivered, so I decided that I could not trust them anymore. I realize things sometimes go awry in a business, so a simple phone call explaining the situation would have been satisfactory enough for me to keep waiting. Read moreI placed an order for delivery online. I got a text saying that they left the store and a text saying they were in the neighborhood and should arrive shortly. I waited for a text to let me know it was delivered but didn't get one. I waited 15 minutes then went outside to check. No delivery. I waited a little longer to see if maybe they got lost or something. Still nothing. So we called them and they just said it says it was delivered but they would deliver another. So we wait another 45 minutes and nothing again. So I call them, again. They said they would deliver it and give us an extra cheesy bread. Also was told they would refund my costs. I waited another hour and 16 minutes until finally when I was about to go to sleep, I get a phone call saying they arrived with my order. I still didn't receive a refund. And the pizza looks like it was sitting for a while. Super surprised I got pizza. They made us wait so long, it almost seemed worth it, but not really....
