Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Portland

My conformation said 10-15 minutes at 7:27pm. My order tracking said that it was finished at 7:45. Thinking that everything would be done I went ahead went to pick up my pizza and parmesan bread bites. I arrived at 7:50 and was told that my bread bites were finished but my pizza was still cooking. I was disappointed because my tracker said it was finished but I said okay and sat down. While sitting there all the people where just talking, a girl was supposed to be restocking pizza boxes and she dropped some and proceeded to just kick them across the floor to the shelf. I thought that was disgusting. Also while I was paying there was an employee ordering himself food. So as I'm still sitting there 20 minutes later at 8:10 the manager tells me that there was a mistake and that they have to make me a new one. So pretty disappointed at almost an hour after I originally ordered my pizza. I just asked for a refund instead. The manager rudely insisted that I can have a refund but it will take 3 days to process. I didn't really understand because I paid with my debit card in the store. I thought that was pretty ridiculous. I said nevermind on that and told her that I would wait. About that time "the employees that was ordering his food when I was paying" food is finished. Dominos is my favorite pizza and I loved the white house location. After moving to the other side of Portland I ordered at this location for the first time. I ordered a pan ham and pineapple and a large double pepperoni. I drive to get it (no delivery where I live) Get home and there are only 12 (yes I counted) pepperoni on the pizza that I paid to have double pepperoni on. Call and speak with Anthony and he tells me they will replace it on my next order. A month later I call and tell them I'm about to place an order and that I'm supposed to get a replacement pizza. The lady said no Anthony worked there and they wouldn't replace the pizza. She acted as if I was lying to try to get free food. I have spent a LOT of money with the company and have been a longtime customer. She could look at my order history if she wanted to but didn't care to try, just assumed I was trying to get something for nothing and lost a customer. Definitely will not be ordering again. I'll make the 30 minute drive to white house for better pizza and better...

I ordered the Medium 3 Topping for $10.99. I got chicken, Alfredo sauce, and extra feta cheese. They of course asked if I wanted to cheese it up and I said yes. When the pizza arrived it was just plain cold, with barely Alfredo cheese, no feta and maybe five pieces of little tiny chicken bits on the pizza. They charged us $14.99 for that pizza. So when I contacted them via website my 2 choices were 60 free reward points or 20% off next order that expires in 2 weeks. I order this same pizza every time and NOT once has this order ever came to my house right. I’m sick and tired of this pizza place and I hope is goes out of business. You cheat your customers out of our money and apparently don’t know how to read an order or your stingy with your ingredients.
