The girls wasn't paying attention she lady that prep the sandwich didn't listen most of the food meat veggies etc where either out our ruin and you had to ask for freash veggies. The mustard bottle was almost empty and when she did my sandwich she just dumbed a fat pile on it I had to ask twice to have my sandwich heated and toasted the flat bread was left open and my bread was stale and hard. I asked her to the cut the sandwich and she only cut halted thru so it fill apert when I tried to eat it and had to cut it myself.. the man before even had the same problem with yhe same to girls Evry drink in the soda Dispenser was flat and nasty Over all horrible experience please pay more attention to your jobs kids our hire new and better employees that don't bull shit and lollylag not wanting to anything all day.. Just go down the road where is cleaner nicer people that listen and the food is...

Ignoring child labor laws

What a shame that new employees are centrist to keeping the doors open. On one night, two 16 yr olds without adult supervision were expected to run the business, count money, lock up though neither had been trained. TN statute states no working past 10pm so at 1030, they left. The assistant manager complained that all functions were not done correctly. One teen gave notice to quit due to lack of training, this manager though told the teen not to come in at all, fired. She then states "no reference will be provided". This manager then reports to the owner the employee failed to come in per the schedule and thus was fired.

Ordered on DoorDash. They got all of my sandwiches wrong so we called them and the they said they made it right according to the ticket which is obviously not true considering none of us like or would even add the toppings to our sandwich to begin with. Asked to speak to the manager and she claimed she was the manager.. (doubtful) 🙄 And said there was nothing she could do because they “technically” made the sandwiches based off of the ticket. Needless to say this location is a headache and I would suggest the one further down the road. It is way better and they actually get your order right. If I paid attention to the location while ordering I NEVER would’ve ordered from here. Not the first time this location has messed up my order and I see it’s definitely not...
