Dunkin' — Restaurant in Portland

I've been going to this location for the four years I've lived here, and it's been consistently wonderful. I can always trust that what I'll get is flavorful and well made, but most important CORRECTLY made! I can always be confident that no matter what time or day I go, I'll get consistent quality. Moreover, even with the many changes in people, menu, and the building itself, it's remained a positive and high quality environment and a staple for me in times of caffeinated need. I know a lot of people talk down on Dunkins food options, but honestly I like them! It's not greasy and you get what you see. I feel their food has way more flavour than Starbucks, which is bland and overpriced. As for the people, over the four years I've gone there, no matter whos been working ice always received quality care. There's never been an incident that stood out to me or a thing worth noting. I AM a more patient man as I've worked retail forever so I understand how stressful and difficult these jobs are and that people who demand they be waited on hand and foot and be put first do no good, and only make everyone suffer. You have to remember especially, these people also have a drive through to run, and food to make. So if you ever think they're "not doing enough" or "lollygagging", consider: have you ever worked this job? 9 times out of ten, a job that YOU may think is beneath you/super easy, is actually incredibly demanding. This Dunkin location has always been dedicated to quality care for its guests, in my opinion, and has done nothing but continue to flourish in that respect. i don’t even know where to start. i’m still shaking. this isn’t about coffee. the coffee’s fine or whatever. this is about catplayerz with a Z thats right.

then suddenly she’s there. joins the call mid-sentence like she’d been talking the whole time. not even a “yo” or “sorry.” just drops into the squad like she didn’t leave me floating in voice chat like a ghost and then AND THEN she headshots me first round suppressed smg no warning no hesitation just bap right in the skull

and here’s the worst part. it was a good shot. like too good. like suspiciously smooth. i only watched the killcam once but i recorded it. stared at it in awe. just sat there watching my own execution like it was a short film

i wanted to be mad but my brain was already gone. i respawned just to get dunked again. she did a little spin after. didn’t even loot me. just insult to injury

so yeah. dunkin’s fine. catplayerz is not. shows up late, acts like nothing happened, then deletes me with perfect aim. i don’t even know what lesson i’m supposed to learn from that

I can't believe this place sometimes. They close at a certain hour, yet refuse to make any food an hour before they close! You also employ people who won't touch pork products, really? I get it's a religious belief, but you have a business to run. If you have an employee who can't handle a product, make sure you schedule someone with them who can. It's really just common sense. You should be serving food up until the moment you close. It's not hard to schedule that way. You close at five, schedule a person until six, and problem solved. This is no way to run a business. Imagine how much money you have lost due to refusal to sell product!! I can go elsewhere and often do, but is that really what you want people to do? It's a very poorly run business, no doubt.
