My family and I Visit this location often, but tonight 9/5/25 @ 8:44pm. An older Hispanic lady was so rude. I pulled up and told her I ordered ahead and without even checking she was like "No you don't have a order here! " then I was like I just placed it can you check your system? And she just gave me a blank stare and said "No!" While shaking her head I don't understand why she was treating me that way.. she walked away and begin speaking Spanish to whomever was back there i couldn't see them, but the old lady picked up a cup and started drinking out of it , also was touching her head and placing hands on hips, touching face.. no gloves just touching everything and then finally got my food and put it in bag didn't even wash her hands.. just so unsanitary then gonna walk back to the window and say "what's the name on your order!?" I tell her she shut the window and just walked away.. at that point i tried to just cancel my order and the app wouldn't allow me to cancel without paying the price i paid for food so basically i would be leaving with nothing and paying the employee just to be rude and wasting gas money. She came back to give me the bag and just shut the window again. So I wait there in drive thru and she just in there with negative body language speaking Spanish. Avoiding coming back to window.. im like is everything in there talking through a closed window she gone come back talking about "did you check in your bag!?" With an attitude đ so I begin to say... you need to learn costumer service but she rolled her eyes and shut the window AGAIN before I could say it.. I don't EVER leave reviews but I guess I am just in shock and confused as to why this...

I received a coupon text for ice tea while actually waiting in the drive-thru line,but when I kept trying to show the guy the coupon text I wanted to use he REFUSED to look at it and said that they DON'T send text coupons!! I finally realized after getting a manager, that when I said "I want to use the coupon you just texted me," the employee thought I meant HIM personally!! Really, he ACTUALLY thought I was saying that HE was able to send ME, a total stranger, a company coupon, when he doesn't have my number, and then thought I was trying to pass it off right to his face?!?! Seriously?? Do we need to start adding IQ tests to the employment applications now??!! Even the manager went circles with me for awhile because he needed some code that I didn't know. I showed him my phone 5 or 6 times and read to him where it said ONLY "present this to your server to redeem" but he kept refusing it because I didn't have a code. FINALLY he zoomed in and saw a little 3 didgit number by the picture and said "oh, there's the code, next time have your code ready!" Really??!! I'm the customer!! How am I supposed to know I need a code, or that a code even exists?! It just says "present to server!" It seems to me that a manager should know where the code is and should not be harping on customer's to do his job for him, the job that Jack in the Box is paying him to do. Both the employees and the manager at thus location are complete imbeciles. Unless you want to spend 10 minutes at the WINDOW to get an iced tea, after your wait in line, I do NOT recommend...
   Read moreI ordered 2 meals, #5 & #10, the woman at the window said the #5 then tacos! The #10 meal is the crispy chicken sandwich meal. I said I wanted it medium with a sprite. When I got to pay, I ask just to make sure that she heard me correctly, she repeated the order and said "the#5 with medium Dr pepper and crispy chicken sandwich with tacos and what to drink?" I said I wanted the number 10 with a sprite, No tacos. By that time she already took my money because she stated it was $12 something, (which is what Indicated that she didn't get the order correct) She first said Ill just give it to you for that price since I already did the transaction on the till. I said ok Then went back and said you buy the drink and I'll throw in the fries. OK whatever. As she hands me the 2 drinks and change, she shoves everything into my hand. Then closes the window and then opens it shoves the bag of food into my hand and says rudely "have a nice night" & slams the window. Acting like I am the one who messed up the order.
Some people should not be in customer service! Or own up to your mistakes. It happens but don't be rude about it when your the one who mess up.
Find a different job if you can't remember people's orders.
Probably just lost a customer because this is not the 1st negative...
