I came in for a quick chain repair on my 24k gold necklace that I've had since childhood and have wore everyday. Many reviews said he would be quick, he told me he needed it overnight. I asked him to weigh the chain before I left, Iā€™ll 11.65 grams. I came by the next day and he made a beautiful link repair, right before I felt I was being hushed out I asked him to reweighed it, 11.04 grams. He quickly blamed the weight loss on cleaning, upon further inspection he obviously shaved off over half a gram off the spine of the clasp. Don't let the jewelry out of your sight. Customer beware

I was so happy to find this gem of a place (pun intended). Itā€™s family run by the loveliest people! Service was relatively quick-had 2 watches that needed batteries that were ready within a day or two. Also got a bracelet engraved & it was polished up so beautifully, it looked brand new! Will definitely be coming here for a new ring šŸ’ when itā€™s time & feel great recommending. We felt so welcomed & appreciatedā€¦thanks šŸ€

Wanted to get 3 rings resized, quickly. The owners were very friendly and helpful. (Mom and Pop-type atmosphere, not snobby/judgemental like other expensive jewelers are.)They were very understanding about my very inconvenient timeline (I would need the rings ASAP, leaving town in a few days, etc.) and offered to have the rings finished within the timeframe I needed. They even had the rings ready, polished and with a "your repair is ready" text by the next day (2 days earlier than expected)! Amazing! They graciously refused my offer of extra payment to have the ring service expedited, since I knew it was a hurried order. Extremely large selection of jewelry, and have been in the business for 40 years. Definitely going back here for repairs or other jewelry needs to support local asian...

Came in to exchange a Christmas gift for something that was more my style and the whole family was very welcoming and kind. You can really tell why theyā€™ve been open for 40+ years. They were very accommodating and made sure I left satisfied. I will for sure be coming here from now on and if I could rate them higher than 5 stars, I would.

Edit: I was so sad to hear they are retiring and closing down their shop. However, they are currently running a closing-down sale and have such great deals on all of their pieces (even up to 70% off). They hooked me up with a beautiful pendent for a steal of a price. I highly advise everyone to stop by as Iā€™ll be sure to come again before they finalize the sale and close...

Bought our wedding rings here 20 + years ago. 2 Anniversary rings in the last 10 years, and different earrings and items for my wife.. This is a great family run business. I won't go anywhere else for jewelry related to my marriage. And would suggest you talk with them before going to a chain store...
