The portions are generous, prices are super reasonable, and the whole vibe is nostalgic in the best way. Fast, friendly service too even when the lineā€™s out the door (which it often is, for good reason). If youā€™re anywhere near, Libs is a must-stop. Simple, sweet, and always hits the spot. šŸ¦āœØ

Iā€™m dairy free so I usually prefer to get dole whip ice cream from ice cream shops that offer it. Several times in the past Iā€™ve gotten ā€œsoupā€ instead of actual ice cream! Iā€™m ok about supporting Libs and I wouldnā€™t mind if they simply told me the dole whip machine isnā€™t ready before I pay for it. Received an attitude when I mentioned I didnā€™t want what theyā€™d given me as the ice cream was obviously melted. I came for an ice cream and wanted to leave with and ice cream be it dole or not! Communication is all I ask!

CASH ONLY. SOFT SERVE ONLY. They always have something great here, but their menu is all-over-the-place so it's hard to find what you want. The best thing I've tried from their menu is the Needham Arctic Blast. It is super expensive for a treat, but if you're a needham lover it is bliss. Decent prices for kids cones, but the add-ons get you jacking that cost up fairly easily. Example: 2 kiddie sized dishes with jimmies, a cherry, some candy pieces, and a large needham Arctic Blast came to nearly $20...
