First time to the Springwater Cart Park tonight. After taking a stroll of all the options, I tried Lucky 9. For $22 + tip, I got the coconut chicken curry with rice and on order of the curry puffs. So deliciously savory. I was only able to eat one of two big puffs and taste the coconut curry & rice because I had an appt to get to. Plus the folks in the food cart are so nice & friendly. I will definitely come again to Lucky 9.

I got the Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple Fried Rice and it was divine ! The beeping device makes it easy to know when foods ready and plenty of shaded seating closeby. Owners were friendly and stated though it's tuesday they were open, they just close on Tuesdays often so keep it as the default, so if you're in the area.. double check !

I saw they had an omurice and I've been wanting to try one. It was good! I would have preferred a bit fluffier egg but the flavors with the egg and sauces and fried rice underneath worked together quite well. I would come back here to try other dishes.

I got the Teriyaki Chicken and Pineapple Fried Rice and it was divine ! The beeping device makes it easy to know when foods ready and plenty of shaded seating closeby. Owners were friendly and stated though it's tuesday they were open, they just close on Tuesdays often so keep it as the default, so if you're in the area.. double check !

I've been eating at Lucky 9 for several months now and the food is always fresh and vibrant with flavors. My favorites are the poke bowls, probably the best in town. Portions are good for the price and are prepared with an excellent variety of condiments. I cannot recommend this cart highly enough --...
