This place has horrible SERVICE, thanks to the PM (TALL-Sassy, Nasty and TOTALLY Unprofessional..with color in her I believe, don’t even want to remember this person Ever-and won’t SHARE with NO one visiting fm out of State or LOCAL..) so called server on May 2, 2023. Flew in frm ATLAusually always stop by and explore their menu( food on this date wasn’t all that good😆) for the last 10 years. But, on the above mentioned date, after changing of shift, the departing waitress was pleasant… but that Relief waitress, should tend to KITCHEN DUTIES!! Not customer relations MATERIAL at all, needs a year long TRAINING and more! She had a SERIOUS TANTRUM (threw things (food) on the counter and floor)Attitude issue, and should have stayed the Heck at HOME!!!

Watch for ATTITUDE TRIPS/ Unprofessionalism when experiencing this establishment!! Owners needs to put her in Check and, provide mental awareness counseling for her! Keeping her and/training her on KP Duties… Owners- I was saddened to hear about the Lost/passing of your previous NICE server and, Michelle.

My recent visit into the "Lucky House" was far from lucky. In fact it was down right traumatizing. A group of friends and I went inside to order a drink and play the video poker machines and immediately one friend was kicked out because he had a certified service dog (which is illegal to do), then I was told to leave because my id was through Washington state for employment not the dmv, and told my other friend to leave as well.. One remained inside and when she looked into the parking lot and seem us waiting on him two minutes later she kicked him out as well telling him his money is no good there. Upon entering the building we were targeted, labeled as I'm not sure what but whatever it was its not us and it was down right embarrassing getting treated so poorly when I am a honest productive member of society and in no way shape or form deserve to be belittled and bullied like I was. Im still in shock that you would allow a worker to treat paying costumers in this fashion. I will most deff not spend...

I ordered off doordash. But the food was so good! I got the mandarin chicken and it came with a little box of rice and I got a side of egg rolls. The chicken was about a medium. It was slightly reaching the end tipping scale on spiciness towards hot. Little tingly on lips after a bit. I didn’t expect it to be spicy. Which honestly was a little beyond my liking but it was so delicious that I’d want to build up my tolerance for spice. The best part about it is you can reheat the leftovers if you’re a party of one like me (;

The chicken still tastes good! I have an off sense of taste of reheated chicken like from places like Panda Express I highly dislike the after taste and smell after being in fridge..but THIS was nothing short of fantastic! I highly recommend the mandarin chicken just be aware it was a bit spicy. My total of order from doordash was $18 rounded up about 20 cents. Yikes, I know but was...
