TLDR; Shudder... Blech
This truck is part of a food truck pod. I tried a few other things from other trucks and wanted to try a taco from this place. I walked up and ordered a taco. The guy repeated my order back but increased my order from one taco to two. I repeated that I only wanted one taco. He looked at me like I had two heads. He paused for a few seconds and said that the minimum order for credit card was $5 and that I had to get two tacos. I whipped out cash and you could see him physically deflate. He reluctantly took the order, giving me cold looks the whole time, then said it would be 10 minutes. I acknowledged it, and stepped back from the window, wanting to be close so I can hear when my food was ready. A minute later he yelled at me saying "I said 10 minutes". At this point I went and sat down at a table within sight of the window. I kept catching the guy staring at me. The whole thing made me feel uncomfortable and a little angry.
After all of this, the taco had no salsa, was dry, overcooked, and flavorless. The only slightly redeeming factor was that the tortilla freshly made.

Their quesadilla is solid and the torta is also good. I believe they put bacon in regard what...
