McDonald's — Restaurant in Portland

ABSOLUTE WORST! I just moved here a few months ago and have tried to go to this location five maybe six times. The first time I come to this location I go thru the drive thru and it takes about 10 minutes with nobody in front of me for someone to finally take my order. I just wanted a coke, but they were out of coke. Second time I go in with my significant other and we wait around at the counter for about five minutes while the employees argue with each other about whose going to take our order. The customer behind us walks out in the mean time. Finally some young woman who was doing the shakes and ice coffees steps over and takes our order, but she gets told by a fellow employee, (maybe manager idk) thats not where she should be. I asked for a cheeseburger only pickles. It had everything but pickles. I go to say something and it takes another five minutes for my burger to come back out. Also there were lids and straws everywhere on the drink station. But I guess you cant ask for everything to be clean. Next time I visit was about 3 weeks ago. Im trying to grab lunch for myself and again no one is in the drive thru so I pull right up. It takes about 15 minutes for the whole ordering and me to get my food. But why do you guys have 2 pick up windows but your workers dont tell people which one to go to? luckily I could pull backwards because no one was behind me. Employees were very rude and didn't listen very well. Next time I go in for a coke before work. I work about 10 minutes away so I left my house about 20 minutes to get to work, (right down the road from mcdonalds is where i live.) I sit in the drive thru with one car ahead of me for about five minutes before going inside. Where there is only one family sitting in the play area. I walk right up to the counter and again there is fighting about whose going to take my order. About ten minutes goes by before someone, who was sitting in a booth, takes my order. I ordered one coke. I grab my cup and pay and head to the drink station where there is a puddle of soda on the ground drying up but instead of cleaning it up with a mop they just put a wet floor sign down. Its been sitting there so long its drying!?!?! Also the ice machine you had to smack to get ice?? I finally get out of Mcdonalds and look at the time and its 20 Minutes past when I was suppose to be at work. Luckily when I called my boss it was fine. But seriously 40 minutes for a coke?? Then yesterday I tried to go in on two different occasions, first time was about lunch time maybe a little after. The parking lot was full but there was only two tables full? With about five people in line? I sit there for five minutes without anyone taking the guy in fronts order before I walk out and go to Sonic. I wasn't the only one in the line to walk out either. Again all I wanted was a coke. Finally last night I hadn't eaten dinner yet and already had Sonic for lunch. Figured I would leave 40 minutes before work so I can grab mcdonalds. I left my house around 9:20 with work at 10. I get to mcdonalds its 9:23 ( I started noting the time now when I go.) One car in front of me. I have my window open and no one takes his order until about 9:30. He orders one meal and pulls forward. I pull up and get silence for 4 minutes. Before I hear a "I'll be with you shortly." Two minutes after that I place my order of one meal and two cokes. With some struggle because apparently somebody didn't hear the three times I said I want the new six dollar meal thing. With chicken nuggets. Kept asking me how many nuggets I wanted. It only comes with 10 nuggets. Theres no other six dollar chicken nugget thing. Anyway I finally finish placing my order its 9:40. With one car in front of me i finally get up to the window to pickup my food at about 9:50. After waiting for that long you would think the food would be done by now? NAH. Get told my food will be done shortly. Leave at 9:55 with my food and am 5 minutes late. Can I do lower...

Today I had the most HORRIBLE experience EVER at ANY McDonald's!!! I go to this particular restaurant at least 3 times a week and I have NEVER been treated as I was today. I went through the drive thru today at 11:30 AM and it was pretty packed (no one's fault, just COVID related) anyway...it was crowded and loud and I had my granddaughter with me.....so I placed the order and she must have repeated it (I am not positive of that) anyway...when I got to the window where I receive the order ...it contained extra stuff in it that I didn't want and I told the girl....she went and got the manager and it begins.....She begins to reprimand me telling me that I always need to listen carefully when the order is repeated and I need to give her my receipt and and my debit card and pull up and wait.....she will get to me AFTER she clears out the lunch rush they were having. It was about 15 minutes and when she returned she proceeded to lecture me about paying attention to the drive thru person. I have NEVER been spoken to like that by ANYONE! She was sooo unbelievably rude, demeaning, belittling! I have NEVER been so INSULTED in my life! I didn't get her name.....but she was the very short, Hispanic, manager on duty at 11:30 am on Thursday September 1, 2020. The other people who work there are fine with me. Which is the only reason why I will go back. As a retired military family member McDonald's has been a constant for my family wherever we were stationed and this just makes...

The mismanagement of this place is its sole problem! The owners don’t care or don’t know how to fix it! 2/12/2024 10:55 am we pulled up to get breakfast with 5 minutes to spare and one car in front of me that had to keep repeating their order because the kid inside kept screwing it up. Finally pulled up to menu to place order and it switched to lunch! Explained what happened asked if we could get breakfast ( a microwaved pre made breakfast sandwich) was told no! Asked to speak to the manager who in turn blamed it on corporate like all the breakfast was locked up and she didn’t have the key! 🙄 when I called her out and said it was the slow person running the drive thru that caused this she went into straight up woke hoodlum that was the victim and I was the problem leaning out the drive through window yelling and acting like an immature, illiterate hood rat! That then turned to threats when I said “well this is what reviews are for”! It was extremely embarrassing!! This person isn’t fit to be allowed around any customers anywhere! After reading all the bad reviews on this place my advice, I’m not a local resident, I’d take all these complaints along with the lack of a timely resolution by McDonald’s corporation on these issues to the city council and request that the remove their business license until they get their act together and remove the unprofessional, illiterate management/owners! I will not be returning to any McDonald’s til this matter has...
