Taco Bell — Restaurant in Portland

I don't eat very often at Taco Bell but I had a craving and yes, I understand the stigma Taco Bell earned over the years for being stingy with their taco meet but it has gone too far. The only thing keeping these tacos from being vegan is half a teaspoon of meet. NOTHING LIKE THE IMAGE ON THE MENU! Also tried a few other items, nachos my daughter had looked okay, rice and bean burrito was worth the $1 it cost, and the cinnamon twist tasted strange. Tables in restaurant were dirty, very few customers, just seemed like staff didn't care.

Gave it 10 months...and tried again. STILL HORRIBLE! Just a couple examples of the inadequacy... 5 layer burrito should have 5 layers correct? My 3 layer burrito identified as a 5 layer burrito and they actually prepared a 3 layer taco and placed it inside of a burrito tortilla and expected me to eat it. Then the Mexican pizza is normally a crowd pleaser but when they tip the box on its side and everything runs off of the hard top layer and out of the box is an especially great treat. The potatoes are usually a no-fail item but you guessed it, they ruined them too as they were harder than a curious young boy at a victorias secret store.

Nobody at counter... force you to use the kiosk. This place was not even busy..terrible! Not one greeting from a single employee.

No more will my patronage and hard earned greenbacks be wasted at this poor excuse for a restaurant. You've been adequately warned... don't waste...

Walked into this restaurant, as I am a truck driver and cannot get my truck, even bobtail through the drive thru. It took 18 minutes for them to produce my 5 items. Partly due to them popping out 10 or 12 drive thru orders. Partly due to the manager kept answering phone calls. Piss poor service. Dining room was filthy, liked Noone cleaned it all day. Where the hell has customer service gone? Everyone wants more money to work, for what? I used to work at Taco Bell in Aiea, HI, then downtown San Diego. We messed up at times, yes! But we still had alot better quality of customer service and food then any of the new generations these days. I will never recommend this Taco Bell to anyone. You might get typhoid from...

Ordered food at 1:19. Got food at 1:41. See photo with how “beautiful” my food was served. Woman at front counter ought to be either fired or a fire put up her butt. People customize food and she cannot understand simple English. Good was dropped or thrown where food is bagged (when I ordered) and it was still there, just lightly kicked under the cooking area). Guess it is too much like work to pick it up. What I cannot fathom is all that time waiting for the food served poorly that they had two women standing at the front counter staring at customers instead of cleaning, apologizing, or whatever. And then food wasn’t made correctly.

I want more than an apology with no sincerity. Heads...
